The wall is curved, has a random/sparse color pattern and a different sill. My impossible to match bricks also had to be salvaged. Roberto was quick to give me a fair estimate and work me into his busy schedule. He and his crew came on time, were super nice, worked through two days of rain and wind, salvaged my bricks! and did a great job. They also did some repointing in a few spots. He even came back to caulk later as soon as the weather was appropriate. All the work looks original. I have no concerns about the durability. I hired this company to seal coat and fill the cracks in my driveway. The quote said it is a 2 year…read moreguarantee. It took forever to get it scheduled but since they did my quote at my house I went with them since their quote had to be accurate. They finally did my driveway with very little notice but I was able to get the lawn mowed and all my vehicles, boat and camper moved and stored at a different location while it was drying. The quote said 12 hour dry time but they told me it was more like 48-72 hours. While they were at my house, I referred them to my neighbor and she ended up going with them so they did her driveway after mine. I left them snacks and water and had to leave before they were done since they were late getting to my house and I had to go to work. I got home and my driveway was not sealed properly. I had noticed they were doing a really thin coat but I have never done it myself so I assumed it was correct. They missed several spots, all the edges aren't even close to straight (they are wavy and not all the way up to the edges in some areas) and they didn't fill all the cracks. I reached out to them with pictures. First, he wouldn't come back without me paying for it again. Then he was going to come back but I had to give him another 100.00. They told me they were in Dixon and would be out at a later date, yet we all happened to be at farm and fleet in rockton at the same time. I was patient and told him whenever he could just as long as he comes back and fixes it. He then did a couple of no call no shows and said it was because of the heat and EVEN THOUGH HE IS THE OWNER HE NEVER CHECKS HIS PHONE OR THE WEATHER. Then I messaged him the next time he was going to come and he never responded and still hasn't. The one kid and him were arguing in my driveway and the kid was cussing at the owner. It was so unprofessional and my driveway looks so bad! I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed. You literally can see through most of the driveway and see what was underneath. I truly hope by making this bad review they do what's right and come fix it properly. I have had to move all my belongings to another property over 10 minutes away 3 times now for them to no call no show.

They told us we needed to pay a deposit for materials - no problem was only $300. Deposit paid and work scheduled. No one showed up, no one called. Finally we got an email saying there was a family emergency and that's why they haven't been in contact. Ok, I understand stuff happens. But - after scheduling again they don't show up or contact us! After another month or so I left a message/sent an email. They said there was a death in the family but they would start the job the following Monday (last week). Guess what! No one showed! And no word of getting the deposit back. I even tried contacting them on Facebook - message was read but no response. This is copy/pasted from her email, with no modifications. ***Can you please verify the correct physical address at? First of all, the grammar is horrid. Second, all one has to do is paste the address into Google Maps or whatever and see what we typed is true; or just confirm it with the County's property site if you need to confirm the name or something. ***Is this also your mailing address? First of all, a mailing address is NOT required for a site visit. Second, at no point did I give permission to mail anything. ***Are you the owner of the home, and is the home for sale currently? First of all, you can confirm "For Sale" by a simple Google Search and going to Zillow. Second, even if I weren't the owner of the home, it doesn't negate you doing a site visit to understand the problem; you just need to tell the prospect that if they're not the owner, the owner's the only one who can agree to repair, and still provide a quote, because the owner needs it anyway. ***What is going on that you would like a specialist to take a look at? First of all, this is outlined in the form already. Second, there's no value in spelling what I "would like a specialist to take a look at" versus...I dunno...HAVE THE SPECIALIST COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT" stuff. ***Is your basement finished? First of all, it was clarified in the message that the reason for contacting is to FINISH the flooring...which implies the BASEMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY FINISHED. Second, even if it were finished, a customer might want a different service from you - for example, sump pump repair, which has very little to do with whether it's in a finished basement. ***What type of foundation do you have, such as block or poured concrete? First of all, in a request to redo flooring, it doesn't matter what the material was, because epoxy works on all of it. Even if you couldn't do epoxy for whatever reason, concrete would work. So regardless, you should send a person out, they do an assessment, and RECOMMEND a course of action. ***What color is the exterior of the home, and the nearest intersection? First of all, Google Maps is a thing. If you're having a hard time finding houses, that's a personnel problem that needs to be addressed, STAT. Second, it has nothing to do with the work being requested.
