I came to this baseball park for a tournament. There are 10 baseball fields, but only three tiny parking lots. There were also no parking signs all along the roadways. So, people were parking in the grass. It was such a mess of cars all on the grassy areas. They really need to add more parking if they are going to host tournaments. The fields are nicely maintained with working scoreboards. The spectator seating is covered which would make it nice for summer games. Although the bleachers were covered they did not have seat backs. You might want to bring a lawn chair if you have several games. The worst part of this park was the bathrooms. They were disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, they reeked of feces, and there wasn't even any soap. So, bring hand sanitizer. Again they should have prepared for a tournament.

Big beautiful and next to where I got my fur baby whiskey! We especially love the water park because of all the shade!

Good park for little league, fences are short but they make up for it with their height...Nice playground for the kids not playing as well

Andy Brown is a beautiful space, from the pond to the open fields, the sidewalk/bike path, multiple large pavilions, and fun playground. There are large, mature trees surrounding the park. We parked in the wrong lot and had to walk alongside the gym in order to get to the playground and I couldn't believe how beautiful the pathways were with all the trees and the small creek running alongside. Not what I expected from a city park! The playground itself ("Kid Country") is almost fully enclosed and is a sprawling assortment of things to climb up, swing on, and slide down. There is a play area in the toddler section with storefronts to spark pretend play. The ground is bark. There are large trees in the center of the play area that provide shade and make the play structure look more natural than your typical playground. Almost like a tree house. There are benches scattered throughout the play area and a large covered pavilion with multiple picnic tables underneath. The city of Coppell provides free WiFi there and there were multiple moms with laptops out, working, while their kids played. The only big negative is the distance from the playground to the bathroom. I understand that they probably built the bathrooms more toward the center of the park, but the wise choice would have been to also put an additional small restroom right next to the playground. It's too far of a walk for me to feel comfortable sending my younger kids over there alone and it's kind of a bummer to have to wrangle together the entire group every time one kid has to pee. Otherwise, a fabulous park. LOVE IT. Hats off to you, Coppell!

Often a red tailed hawk to be seen, and always egrets and herons. Walker and biker friendly (although 100% paved). Bikers, please be courteous and alert walkers when you're coming up behind them ("On your left" is standard). Our family has done some of these trails too many times to count. Some people have pointed out that it's flat. It is mostly flat, unless you head towards the big hill next to the frisbee golf portion of the trail. But it's still an excellent network of trails that covers a LOT of territory. You could take the trails far enough north that you head to West Plano, I think. And they keep expanding south as well. I really have to credit Carrollton with doing a great job with these trails over the years. (We lived in Carrollton for 9 years and I miss being walking distance to the greenbelt.) Last note - I'm not a frisbee golfer. We've solely used the trails, not the disc golf course. (Some people have only focused on the disc course, whereas the entire greenbelt has MUCH more than that - as previously mentioned.)

We saw other kids his age there as well at the base of the orb with their parents. He became completely fixated on traversing through the orb thing in the middle of the playground, as one would be as it's an amazing structure. He kept trying over and over and over to go up the ropes and into the first layer of the orb. He was scared, the layers of the orb are made with rope, and I had to go with him while helping him physically, which was heavy on me physically, and I am fit. There were certain parts in that first 'orb layer' that had no net and a steep drop off to the ground. My boy thought it might be fun to try jumping off of it so I had to fight against him to keep him from those parts. I went down the slide with him in my lap to get down. We tried every single time to distract and recenter his focus to get him to try the other playground areas but he was fixated on that orb and wouldn't stop. He is athletic at 55 lbs so usually he prefers the big kid areas at parks. We ended up having to carry him out with him crying, kicking, and screaming due to this playground orb feature. We went to another nearby playground, which was a blast.
