He was…read moreimmediately able to visualize what we needed, propose a solution, and give us a quick estimate. He then did all the work quickly and efficiently. It was a complex project that involved cutting a square hole in porcelein pavers that were angle set, installing new concrete piers and building a sturdy frame with waterproof membrane. Hot tub installation then involved removing an outlet in a deck post, removing many feet of ipe/cable railing, forklifting the hot tub up onto the deck, positioning it correctly, replacing the ipe/cable railing and outlet, and cleaning up after themselves. And all of this done with great communication throughout, a great smile and a sense of humor. We'll be reaching out to 847 for any future hardscaping work.

Two weeks ago on a Thursday evening, the team manager ran the extremely noisy equipment until 8:15 pm when it became dark. This is VERY disruptive. Residents in Baker Hill cannot hear on their phones and cannot even hear their TV's. When I spoke with the team manager, he was very, very uncooperative. Today is a Saturday, and this same manager and his team have been running their extremely loud equipment since 3 pm. It is now 5:15 pm on a WEEKEND - SATURDAY. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. When I called MCR I was put into voicemail. This company is not being respectful of the people who live here. We are not deaf.
