We highly recommend this company for all your outdoor needs.

They started out great did a beautiful job with spring clean up. Did absolutely beautiful job on laying rocks and mulch in the front of my home. Weeds were not pulled, grass was cut unevenly and sometimes left long. I had to reach out several times to see if they were going to cut my grass. Absolutely lied about finishing spring cleanup up on part of my yard. She said we will do it in fall but charged me for it. They would cut around the branches on the grass instead of picking them up. Always some excuse!!! The worst was when they chopped my newly planted trees and never apologized. She said oh let's do this to them and I will come out myself and trim around them with my yard scissors never happened. My trees were just growing back and they chopped them again. Her response was they look great let's add this to them instead of apologizing which truly upset me. Adriana didn't care and made poor excuses for things no communication she didn't want me as a customer. I payed them to lay dirt and grass seed and what grew was grab grass and barely any grass. All of this was just so upsetting especially after I explained why I was looking for a new company to service my property. They broke my fence she said they would come and fix it never happened. My husband had to fix it again no apology. After contacting her about this she implied that I had not paid her when I showed her proof no response from her. I never heard back from her so I had to fire them which is sad because they were so nice especially her sons.

No ridiculous two hour window time window, like I've received before in the past. They started when they told me on the phone that they'd be there. I had lawn maintenance done on my lawn. This consisted of mowing, mulch and hedge trimmings. Then at the last minute I asked about putting mulch around my bushes in the front yard. I believe the owner's name is Jim, he gladly mulched my bushes and threw in the last two bags of mulch for free. Great service! Keep it up.

I sought out several quotes prior to hiring JPL and was declined by several other companies because of the way my back deck is situated near my back gate. JPL made it work. I have been so satisfied, I hired them through the winter season for snow removal. Again, they continue to be reliable and consistent.

This is absolutely how to run a landscaping business! From start to finish their professionalism,…read morecourtesy, cleanliness, workmanship, and attentional to detail exceeded our expectations. In dealing with Erik the owner for our backyard sod and landscaping project, his enthusiasm for his work was obvious. I had estimates done from a couple other companies, and Ringers was definitively not only the most in depth, where several options were presented, but it was also the more economical choice. But what really sold me was not the price (although that was a big plus), it was the genuine enthusiasm and interest in getting my lawn and backyard get-away to being its most beautiful with bang for the buck. They went above and beyond to readjust existing flagstone pathways, and also professionally installing an arbor that I had built up which I had planned to do myself, but they took care of it for me doing a much better job than I surely would have. An A++, highly recommended experience all around!
