Personal Touch hits all the marks. We hired them to do hardwood floors in our upstairs, to replace 15 year-old horrible carpeting that had been through the ringer. They went above and beyond. All the little squeaks and moans that had been in our old floors are gone, because of their attention to their craft and detail-orientation. And the product itself is beyond beautiful. Joe and Joe Jr. are really good at what they do - they make all the angles work, are efficient, clean, and as unobtrusive as you can be when replacing all of your floors! 100% recommended with no hesitation or reservations.

I took a chance and put in a query to Yelp for a carpet cleaner. Most of the companies that…read moreresponded to me were large chains that didn't actually cover my area. John at JR however was the first person to get back to me from an actual local company that could do the work. He was great at answering all my questions. This was the first time I have ever had carpet cleaned so I had a lot! We went back and forth with questions and a quote via Yelp email then I called his office to easily schedule the cleaning. This is a small company so they do get booked up but I needed to schedule almost a month ahead of time due to other work being done so it was perfect. Just don't call at the last minute and it won't be an issue for you either. John himself showed up promptly and explained exactly what he was doing and what we needed to do afterwards. He was also able to do some minor carpet repairs we had been meaning to do for years. The job came out perfectly. He even films the dirty water flushing down your toilet to show you how much dirt he sucked out of it! We now plan on doing this every couple of years or so to maintain this carpet and we will definitely be hiring JR to do it again next time. Thanks for the "new" carpet!!

I was left with a 12x18 hole in my recently refinished hardwood floors in the living room. Ricky did a stellar job patching. He also took out an old central vacuum plug in one of the bedroom floors and patched that. Can't even see it. Thank you Ricky. And, he's got heart. He was very busy when this happened but worth the wait! When I redo the kitchen, guess who I'm calling for the floors?
