When it was obvious that the old flooring couldn't be salvaged, he found replacement wood that matched the original. He carefully measured and added material to level the floor, then installed beautiful new flooring. We also asked him to refinish the table. They had tons available, and the salesman took me around the building describing the different models they had, their condition, etc. He even said that if I liked a chair but it had something like a scuff on the arms, they could pull an arm from a different chair and replace it. I bought it some time ago, but the chair is still obviously in great shape, because it's a Herman Miller, and I saved $600-$700. Very happy with the purchase, the business, and the people, and would highly recommend going here.
