Falcon Roofing we kept hearing great things about! They were great communicators, after asking me for what color shingles we wanted, they had the shingles delivered less than a week later, then the following day they came to tear down my damaged roof and put up the new one. THEY DID IT IN LESS THAN 10 HOURS!!!! Amazing! It looks beautiful and no leaks. Great warranty and such a kind staff. And something that's SUPER important to us and to I'm sure everyone, their clean up after was amazing. They surrounded the property with tarps to catch shingles and nails. And ran a magnet many many times throughout the entire day.

Melissa ensured the quality and look exceeded our expectations. Chris, Melissa and Jeff were great at communicating with us so we always knew what to expect. Our project was fairly large at around 500 sq ft of decking which includes a 220 sq ft screened in covered porch. With a project this size, we expected hiccups along the way but Melissa and Deep Roots went above and beyond every single time! The owner worked with me on the cost to repair and after a year, I reached out because it appears that there may have been additional leakage. He sent out his employee the next day. He was at our house for over two hours researching and (I feel confident) resolving the issue. Through no fault if their own, they determined the short length of my gutter most likely is the issue. They adjusted it and we should be good. They have a 2 year warranty which he honored, no issue at all. I'm very appreciative! Highly recommended.

Once he got the money ($10,000) he ignored my request for an itemized list of work done and blocked me. The insurance company did get through to him once after trying for weeks to request an itemized invoice of the work done he told them "why would I waste my time". He accused me of putting paper towels down my drain and once it was shown one of his contractors did it he very reluctantly paid the bill for the snaking of my plumbing line. The insurance company will only cover $4,600 of the $10,000 cost Mike Moye quoted without an itemized invoice. So the owner is petty, vindictive and the definition of a con man.
