Chris showed up for his initial interview on time, conducted a thorough and accurate assessment of the problems and presented me with a concise as well as affordable estimate of what it would take to permanently correct the construction deficiencies. The crew who works for Chris were efficient, effective, and extremely professional, appearing to take personal pride into what they do & accomplish. Their work was absolutely flawless and was completed on time and within budget! In conclusion, I more than recommend Chris Berardi w/ Gooddeal Construction Services if you need someone for remodeling, new construction or repair of your home or business! You will definitely not regret it whatsoever!

I've been through remodeling projects in the past, and Mike's attention to detail and straightforward, timely communication were a welcome change from what I have experienced with other contractors. Chris was honest, communicated his progress regularly, and delivered on everything he promised. They even ran into a few snags (our property is on city sewer and we had no idea there was an abandoned septic tank right where we were putting the patio!) and still got everything completed in a reasonable time frame. The crew was also respectful of our house and took care to clean up the job site when they were finished. We trusted them enough to give them a key to the house so they could access the restroom during the day and store their equipment at night. The work they did is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Chris is passionate about hardscapes and it shows in his work ethic and the end product. I'd highly recommend Trinity Landscapes, and I'm already planning future projects with them!

Do NOT trust Sunscapes company (by Albert Ybarra)…read more On May 24, 2024, the Sunscapes company visited my house to install new base trims for the porch posts. At that time, I had to leave before they finished the job due to my travel schedule. When I returned from the travel on June 7, I found that all the newly installed base trims were cracked. I reported this issue Albert Ybarra, the owner of the Sunscapes, and he said that he could come and fix that issue (I still keep his text messages). However, he has NEVER showed up. At first, I thought that he was busy with other work schedules. But he has never replied to my phone calls, voice messages, and text messages until now. He just lied. I write this review so that others do not have bad experiences like mine.

Great follow up questions to ensure that the quote was accurate. Randy showed up right on time and was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest about the efforts needed for certain projects and took photos for future project estimates. He completed our three small projects in half the time estimated, which greatly reduced our costs as well. It was affordable and we felt he was trustworthy and very competent. I am highly likely to both recommend Ace Handyman and request Randy for future larger projects. They stay tuned for an update if we have them close off a room for us and redo/tile our master shower.

He was polite and seemed knowledgeable, but it took him over 5 hours to do a 1-hour job, and the result was very poor. He disregarded the printed instructions I provided, cut one of the trim pieces too short, and installed the door closure too high, so that there are screws protruding through the door. As a result, I have had to purchase a new trim piece and pay another installer to correct his work. But the thing that I find most disheartening about the experience is that I contacted Ace before posting this review to give them a chance to make it right, and they have not responded. I will not do business with them again.
