After not hearing anything from Mountain Glass at the 30 day mark I called today on 21 July 2023. I talked to the owner who made the measurements, he said he didn't know what happened but would call his secretary and would let me know. The secretary called me and claimed she had no knowledge of the window but did find my call info she said she would contact the owner and get back to me. About an hour or so later I received this text; Quote request: I spoke to the owner, and we aren't servicing (your area) any longer. (Suggested other company) Sorry for the confusion Pam Why send someone out and tell me you are going to do the job then refuse to do it. If you won't or can't do the job that is fine, but why wait 5 weeks for me to call and find out? It is my opinion Mountain Glass dropped the ball on the job and didn't want to deal with making it right. I would not recommend this company.
