We bought a 2 family brownstone house that is 100+ year old with 3 floors of living. All entrances…read moreof this house needed fresh new locks. The existing locks/door knobs were made of the cheap glass/crystal which can break easily. Due to the high number of locks I needed, I contacted 3 locksmiths for an estimate. Mike of Embassy Locksmith showed up on time and gave me the estimate on the same day. Because of the high number of locks he also waived his service fee. Mike's estimate was in the middle. I chose to go with Mike because of his promptness, demeanor, and professionalism. After the initial deposit, he ordered the locks and was ready to install them by the following week. But I had to change the installation schedule so many times because of a new grand baby arrival and the property was about 2 hours away from our home residence. Mike was very patient with me in spite of my constant schedule changes which I really appreciated. He also made an extra trip with my son and accommodated additional changes. Since the house is very old, many doors required special care during installation. Mike was very creative in making adjustments with extra washers, extra plates, altered strike plates etc, he made all the locks to be functional. This job required about 2 full days. I highly recommend Mike whether it is one lock or many locks. You wont be disappointed.

We looked for one contractor to take over the security system at our facility. Doors with access control, panic Bars, CCTV, and locks. We wanted to leave nothing from the older system. Everything new with one company that know everything about the system. So we got in touch with Essential, and I will let the photos talk and show what they did. I Last will thank Isaac, Jose and the office team for all they did for us. Thank you.

Another plus is that they are VERY inexpensive compared to other security specialists in Brooklyn. Definitely recommend! P.s. Essential Security Systems will work with your preinstalled alarm system! Let me start off by saying the name of this place should be CON-artist locksmith, this guy…read more(Avi)came in installed a security system in my store. After 9 months, my cameras stopped working, when I called him, he said "If you want me to service your system, I charge $150/hr" I agreed. The next day he came out and worked on my system for LESS THAN AN HOUR and reportedly fixed it. The following day, my system stopped working, again. I called and reluctantly agreed to allow him to come by and service it on the day my business was closed. He said said "you can trust me," however, he has shattered my trust. The following day an invoice was emailed for $600. When I asked him "why is it so expensive?", he said, "I had to replace your wires, I was there for a total of 6 hours and I'm being generous by billing you only for 4 hours." When he initially installed the camera system, it took 7 hours. Something does not add up. For the record, all the wiring and cameras were installed by him. He said if you read the small print in the invoice it says the wires come with a 30-day warranty. I asked him If I paid him $600 would he give me a guarantee that this problem would not happen again he said: " I can't give you guarantees wires are faulty and this happens all the time" and threatened if I didn't pay his invoice he'd cancel my service. My service was canceled exactly 30 days later because I refuse to pay for poor service. Don't be fooled, this guy (Avi) is nothing but a con artist the only thing he guarantees is that the cameras that come with a 2-year warranty by another company. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with him. I paid over $1,700 and now I'm left with a box that I have no access to previous recordings from the last service.
