I couldn't have asked for things to go any smoother. When I replaced my netgear the printer decided the ink cartridge was empty this all happened in a week that I had all kinds of good junk to print, sign, scan and send back so I ended up there several times. Prices were reasonable enough that I didn't hurry to get ink. I almost think it was cheaper to have them print it then what ink costs me! I just sent them a email of what I needed printed, called before I left the house to make sure they got it and it was ready when I walked in. Good to know they are there for any future printer problems I might have.

He had Windows 10 on it and I'm not a big fan as I prefer Windows 7. He gladly put Windows 7 on it for me - hooray!!!! He also gave me a short term guarantee. I've used Smith's several times now and they've always been super friendly and helpful. Several…read moremonths ago I had them pack and ship some things for me and all my fragile items arrived unharmed - going from Oregon all the way to Ohio. I like their location because I usually drop off packages on my way out of town and they are on the main road in Ontario that leads to the highway. Last week I had to send off a couple returns and ship a box back home but all three boxes were different carriers so Smith's was the perfect place to save time. They can also do things like faxing, copying, and printing. I believe they even have a notary. Having Smith's here is really convenient and they have great service. Jeannine is usually the one who helps me and she is always patient even when I have a lot of questions. She seems to really care about her customers and I never worry when I have to have them pack things for me. Side note - it's off street parking but it's four spaces (two and two adjacent each other). If you can pull through then it's fine but if you have to back out, well, I've seen a few people struggle with this so just be mindful when parking if cars are already there. It's really not that bad (My full size SUV has no problem backing out) but I needed to mention for those who are a little unsure when parking or backing out.

I haven't had psychoactive mushrooms in over 40 years and asked the cashier if these were made from real mushrooms. I was told they were. On the drive home I mentioned it to my boyfriend, who said they likely weren't real. I called the store back and again was assured by a staff member that they were made from real psychoactive mushrooms. After looking into it further (including confirming Oregon law), I learned that real psilocybin mushrooms cannot legally be sold retail in Oregon, and the product label itself does not list psilocybin or any mushroom species. I returned to the store and requested a refund, explaining that I purchased the product based on incorrect information. The refund was refused. I also reached out to management and never received a response. This product was $35. I'm disappointed, not because of the product itself, but because it was sold to me under inaccurate information and the store would not make it right.

The other 2 involved special order furniture and both times the delivery time was longer than expected or promised. On April 4th we ordered a bedroom set that we were told would take 8-12 weeks. On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.

It was wired wrong from the get-go and didn't use cold water. Most of the time service was good, but there were a couple of disappointing times over the years.
