A veritable font of knowledge on all things related to structured wiring, low voltage and Audio Visual systems, Maitland was on time and well prepared for every meeting, could answer our questions in as many levels of detail as we wanted and always in language we could understand. Although, truly, Maitland and his team are among those A-V geniuses who operate on a different wave length than we were mortals. :-) Everyone on the Infinite team was delightful to work with. Expert. Reliable. Professional. Were we having this work done again, Infinite is the only business we'd use. No matter what the scope of the project or the size of your budget they are top notch in attention to detail, work outcome and customer support. Maitland's team which includes his wife Katie (who Maitland says is the 'brains of the operation') and Dave and Joe were shining star examples of the principal "quality first" in their work. They were also able to make excellent recommendations on products and provided the same at fair prices, including a large screen, ultra HD television we needed for great room. We had a most disappointing experience with the General Contractor and many of the subs he hired to build this house who had to come back multiple times to fix their errors. Maitland and his team got everything exactly right the first time and precisely on time. In the few occasions when we needed questions answered their response was speedy. Also we very much appreciated that Infinite's proposals and billing records were always line item detailed and easy to understand. This is our fourth custom home build in the last 25 years but our first in Idaho. We have worked with great companies for structured wiring and A-V for the two previous builds and as good as they were, they were not as excellent as is Infinite. I fulfilled a one-year bi-monthly service agreement with this company and contacted them to cancel…read moreafter completing the contract term. I initially emailed to cancel service, and in their response I was told I would either be charged a $75 fee for removal of bait boxes or could request an additional service visit. During a follow-up call, the same options were repeated, along with a statement that a fee would apply no matter what. I called a few of the pest control company around, none mentioned they will collect a fee to collect the bait box. Some even will leave the bait box to customer. In the contract , it states: "If you cancel service prior to a scheduled quarterly appointment, there may be a $75 fee applied for removal of the bait boxes." This wording is unclear and does not apply to my situation. I cancelled about one week after my final service visit, at the end of my contract term, and there was no upcoming scheduled appointment at the time of cancellation. Based on the wording, I reasonably understood the fee to apply only if cancelling before a scheduled service visit. I did not cancel before a scheduled appointment, but after completing my final service. The agreement does not clearly explain that a fee would still apply in this situation. After raising this concern, the company continued to insist the fee was valid and sent me an invoice. He said they will potentially refer to collections if unpaid. Based on this, I'd suggest potential customers to rethink their decision of having a contractual agreement with this company.

Stanley Steamer has been our carpet cleaners of choice, mainly because I have mold allergies, so we…read morecan't have wet carpets that take too long to dry, plus the hot steam minimizes bacteria and such. The people are really great too. Easy to work with, and they usually have deals available to save you a little money, too. Most importantly, they do a very good job, and try to remove any and all stains, taking care to not harm the carpet or cause any new issues. They're kind, responsible, and use natural enzymes to help with pulling out spots and stains, which leaves a nice smell in the air. I tend to react to most things, but not to anything these guys use, so I continue to use them because they work for me. I highly recommend them.

We never wear shoes in the house and are neat freaks. We had the typical organic move in stains from the movers and workers. Again, almost brand new carpet with organic stains. When the carpet dried after Stanley Steemer cleaned it, literally every stain was left, I couldn't believe it. It's almost like the carpets were not cleaned at all. One of the stains was left by a plant. I got the Oxi Clean and spot cleaned it with hot water to see if I could get the stain out. After 40 seconds of scrubbing, completely gone!! I then went and got my 3 year old Bissell Crosswave out. Loaded the container with extremely hot water diluted with Oxi Clean. My house is 2600 square feet. It took me six hours (Going to the sink 100+ times to empty the small container on the bissell took forever), but the carpets came out absolutely spotless. So I pay Stanley Steemer $240, only to do the carpets myself for 6 hours. Proof is in the pictures, look at the dirt left behind after their cleaning!!!!!!!
