I have had numerous versions of these throughout the years as I've moved a lot and had different family situations. During those meetings, my previous lawyers just knocked out a very cookie cutter package. During my meeting with Julia, she asked numerous questions and then provided multiple options for me to choose from. At each step, she very eloquently answered any questions I had and was able to explain the pros and cons to each option. THANK YOU!

When my family member passed away a year ago in Nebraska, I am very glad to have hired the AKC law firm to assist me as the depth of this legal team provided me with the expertise I needed to navigate this challenging process as easily as possible. Having an involved out-of-state financial institution initiate federal litigation over my family member's account was not easily foreseeable; however, having the resource of this firm's litigation team to address that federal court case in a timely manner was clearly a benefit of choosing AKC Law.  While most clients seeking help with a probate matter, which may appear simple on the surface, may fail to foresee the potential need for legal representation by a firm, as compared to a sole practitioner, my case is a good example of the rational advantages of going with a law firm. Sometimes it is impossible to foresee what challenges may arise in legal matters, and as I like to put it - having a team with a very "deep bench" behind you is worth it. I hope that other potential clients seeking representation will also see the advantages of these benefits and consider hiring Abrahams, Kaslow & Cassman LLP. I recommend them highly.

However, if you're wanting an attorney to fight and advocate on your behalf, then I'd look elsewhere. Britt represented me in my divorce for a few months. She seemed very nice and personable. After a couple months, I asked her why we gave opposing council all the paperwork they wanted but yet we got nothing in return. Turns out, Britt had received paperwork but never made sure that I got it . The biggest problem I had was when my ex-husband changed his mind and wanted half of everything I owned and made. I told Britt that we needed to fight for my rights, especially since he used me to become US citizen. Britt told me that I just needed to give him everything he wanted. In our last conversation, I gave her several reasons we needed to fight, but she just said to give up now. I was angry and got another lawyer. Michael Brewer from Koenig Dunne took my case. He wrote a letter to opposing council explaining how my ex had used me for citizenship. My ex immediately backed down and we settled right away. I literally saved tens on thousands of dollars by switching lawyers. Britt is young and I believe she has room to grow. But for now, I'd choose Koenig Dunne any day over Lustgarten Dudzinski.

While I haven't worked with Stange Law firm directly, my review is for their Senior Associate…read moreattorney, Sara Larson, who helped me through a real mess. I hired a roofing/exteriors company that made a multitude of installation mistakes that they refused to correct even through I asked them for months, so I finally appealed for advise from others online and followed their suggestions. That still didn't help, so I wound up writing a few negative but totally honest reviews, and the "exteriors" company sued me or defamation, even though everything I'd said was true and provable in writing and with pictures. The case should have been a "slam dunk" given all of effort I'd made to get things fixed and all the proof that I had, but I learned that things in the legal world very rarely are "slam dunk." So, having had no legal issues in the past, I had no knowledge of who to turn to and hired the only attorney I could find to take my case, but it was soon clear he was more about racking up a bill than trying to figure out a solution, (I learned it's hard to find someone for defamation cases as typically they are hard to prove and aren't as profitable as other types.) Quite a ways into it, in the midst of feeling total frustration I happened upon a doctor I've met's absolutely glowing review of Sara Larson from when she was at her previous employer. I was able to talk to her, and was so impressed at her knowledge of things that (unfortunately) should have been done earlier in my case, and her passion for justice to be served, that I was able to terminate my then-attorney and hire her. It was pretty late in the game but she threw herself into it and worked tirelessly for weeks to bring herself up to speed and know every detail of how to support my case. The morning of the trial her former boss pushed hard to drop it, and I reluctantly agreed but I feel she would have done an excellent job representing me. I just wish I would have known of her sooner, but I'm still grateful because I felt like I finally met an attorney who actually listened and cared. I would definitely recommend her.
