When our first meeting was held it was verbally taking all my information over 30 minutes instead of using an electronic form to having sped the process up. Which usually should be done by a paralegal but instead was done by Karen at the cost of $300/hr. Secondly, at the next meeting she showed up 10 min late with a dirty fork in hand clearly coming from eating her lunch. After the mediation was finished, she refused to do the amendment for the 3 items we agreed up. I've tried working it out with her or her office and have had no success. I would recommend going with a different legal service if at all possible.
