However, if you're wanting an attorney to fight and advocate on your behalf, then I'd look elsewhere. Britt represented me in my divorce for a few months. She seemed very nice and personable. After a couple months, I asked her why we gave opposing council all the paperwork they wanted but yet we got nothing in return. Turns out, Britt had received paperwork but never made sure that I got it . The biggest problem I had was when my ex-husband changed his mind and wanted half of everything I owned and made. I told Britt that we needed to fight for my rights, especially since he used me to become US citizen. Britt told me that I just needed to give him everything he wanted. In our last conversation, I gave her several reasons we needed to fight, but she just said to give up now. I was angry and got another lawyer. Michael Brewer from Koenig Dunne took my case.
