However, if you're wanting an attorney to fight and advocate on your behalf, then I'd look elsewhere. Britt represented me in my divorce for a few months. She seemed very nice and personable. After a couple months, I asked her why we gave opposing council all the paperwork they wanted but yet we got nothing in return. Turns out, Britt had received paperwork but never made sure that I got it . The biggest problem I had was when my ex-husband changed his mind and wanted half of everything I owned and made. I told Britt that we needed to fight for my rights, especially since he used me to become US citizen. Britt told me that I just needed to give him everything he wanted. In our last conversation, I gave her several reasons we needed to fight, but she just said to give up now. I was angry and got another lawyer. Michael Brewer from Koenig Dunne took my case. He wrote a letter to opposing council explaining how my ex had used me for citizenship. My ex immediately backed down and we settled right away. I literally saved tens on thousands of dollars by switching lawyers. Britt is young and I believe she has room to grow. But for now, I'd choose Koenig Dunne any day over Lustgarten Dudzinski.

Disappointed! I've been in the lobby for a couple of hours. Britt didn't entertain me because I'm…read moreBlack? Such a racist!

When my family member passed away a year ago in Nebraska, I am very glad to have hired the AKC law firm to assist me as the depth of this legal team provided me with the expertise I needed to navigate this challenging process as easily as possible. Having an involved out-of-state financial institution initiate federal litigation over my family member's account was not easily foreseeable; however, having the resource of this firm's litigation team to address that federal court case in a timely manner was clearly a benefit of choosing AKC Law.  While most clients seeking help with a probate matter, which may appear simple on the surface, may fail to foresee the potential need for legal representation by a firm, as compared to a sole practitioner, my case is a good example of the rational advantages of going with a law firm. Sometimes it is impossible to foresee what challenges may arise in legal matters, and as I like to put it - having a team with a very "deep bench" behind you is worth it. I hope that other potential clients seeking representation will also see the advantages of these benefits and consider hiring Abrahams, Kaslow & Cassman LLP. I recommend them highly.
