After a couple months, I asked her why we gave opposing council all the paperwork they wanted but yet we got nothing in return. Turns out, Britt had received paperwork but never made sure that I got it . The biggest problem I had was when my ex-husband changed his mind and wanted half of everything I owned and made. I told Britt that we needed to fight for my rights, especially since he used me to become US citizen. Britt told me that I just needed to give him everything he wanted. In our last conversation, I gave her several reasons we needed to fight, but she just said to give up now. I was angry and got another lawyer. Michael Brewer from Koenig Dunne took my case. He wrote a letter to opposing council explaining how my ex had used me for citizenship. My ex immediately backed down and we settled right away. I literally saved tens on thousands of dollars by switching lawyers. Britt is young and I believe she has room to grow. But for now, I'd choose Koenig Dunne any day over Lustgarten Dudzinski.

Two months into the case the gal that was working the case got fired, after that inkelaar got my wife 8000 dollars 14 months later and told her she would get another check for car rental and out of pocket med expense. Well another month goes by and he tells my wife there is not more money because they ran out of money. Haven't had of a insurance company running out of money. Inkelaar just did not want to push it.
