I was referred to this law firm for representation by some friends, who are also business owners. I hired an attorney from GWMC to file civil litigation charges against another individual. After almost two years, I realized that I, as the client, was the one who was constantly reaching out to my attorney for updates. Last year, my attorney suddenly left the firm, but the firm failed to quickly assign me a new attorney. I left several voice mails, e-mails, etc... it was not until I threatened to take my business elsewhere that I was assigned a new attorney, enter Fritz Stehlik. Long story short... in my opinion, based on my interactions with Mr. Stehlik, Mr. Stehlik is extremely condescending, he suffers from a complete lack of honesty, and a complete lack of integrity. He dropped my case because, and I am directly quoting him here, "I don't have time for your case." This was after making me wait for several weeks. He also blamed my initial attorney for apparently mishandling the case and suggested that my former attorney departed the firm because he "no longer wishes to practice law," although that attorney is now practicing elsewhere. You will notice that due to the growing number of bad reviews against Gross Welch Marks Clare, the law firm has removed their Google review page entirely. That should tell you all that you need to know about them.
