They did a great job on both my hood & bumper AND on a separate occasion my drivers door. A metallic silver, to my knowledge, is known to be one of the harder colors to paint match.. but as you can see they do an excellent job and the work speaks for itself. Additionally, the insurance requested an inspection for supplemental damage and when I came for that inspection the guy who did the inspection argued my comments and I told him to please send his notes from the inspection to the insurance. A month passed and the insurance received nothing from Caliber, called caliber and spoke to the guy that inspected the car and asked him if he sent it to the insurance and he said that he guesses he didn't, I told him they expected that a month ago to what he proceeded to reply: I am not gonna be assisting you with committing fraud" to which I replied I only came back per the insurance's request and asked him to repeat what he said, he avoided it. Told him I wouldn't continue dealing with Caliber, hung up. This was back in March and we are not in May. That same day I called their HQ and they responded saying management would contact me but to this day I have received no response. Avoid this place, is not worth it.

I didn't know that was a thing they did and I honestly feel bad because my car was so dirty before. A "main stream" body shop said they couldn't get parts anymore and couldn't make the repairs. I was afraid I might have to part out my car over a bumper cover. The main stream shop referred me to Dayz. Dayz did a beautiful and perfect repair re-using the existing bumper cover, somehow making and finding new attachment clips, and also found parts from various online sources to repair the damaged fog light and its socket, the pop up headlight washers, and even plastic welded the cracked washer reservoir. The car was returned fully detailed inside and out and looks showroom perfect. They are very creative, resourceful, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and am grateful that they were able to fix everything and help me keep my classic Audi up and running.
