She tried to blame me the client, as well as underwriting, stating that properties require local management. I notified her that all properties have local DC management located only a few blocks away and I as well am DC based. She made a mistake and simply cannot accept that. It cost me time, money, and stress all of which could have been avoided if she had updated my record to correct State Farm's error. Overall a hot mess of a service. Avoid her office.

I have had only limited interactions with this team (they have my home and auto insurance), but they've been good across the board. I'm currently looking to get a new car, and had a bunch of insurance questions, so I called this agency and spoke with Adrianna G. My goodness what a breath of fresh air! She listened to my questions, probed where I was unclear or confused, and worked with me to ensure all my questions were answered. It turns out that there may have been some miscommunication between the office and me when I had an inquiry a couple of months ago. Adrianna, without throwing anyone under the proverbial bus, clarified the answer for me and confirmed I understood. Mistakes happen, and that's part of the human condition. But how mistakes are handled is what separates a good team member from a great one, and Adrianna exemplified what a great team member does: Not dwell on the mistake, quickly apologize for any confusion (and the confusion my have been mine...), and move on. I'm not aware of anyone who enjoys shopping around for insurance. Frankly I look forward to it as much as I look forward to seeing my dentist.
