However, I'm not pleased with the support I've received from him and his co-worker Jeremy. I've called the office numerous times and ask to speak to Alex but Jeremy refuses to transfer me to Alex. I've emailed Alex numerous times and yet to receive 1 response. I have an issue with Allstate, between Alex and the Claims department they've created 2 bogus/false/duplicate Claims against my Landlord Policy and now Allstate is dropping my coverage. I've tried and tried and tried to contact Alex for assistance but he just ghost me. I've contacted the Allstate Claims Department and they told me just have Alex call them and they should be able to delete the bogus claims but Alex does nothing. I'm now considered a High Risk and need to use a secondary /non-standard Insurance Company and my rates will quadruple. For anyone selecting Alex I wish you the very best.

I have been with this Allstate Insurance Company for many years. I considered it the best…read moreinsurance company I have ever used and I had many. However in the last few years, they have had a new employee come onboard and she is a mess. She has not a clue about insurance or customer service. She creates so much confusion with my policy until that if it were not for her co-worker who is really knowledgeable and who has been there many years, I would find another insurance company. The problem employee always needs to call you back but does so two days later or never. I am convinced that she is so clueless that she has to contact the other employees to get her work done and the answers that are needed. She must be related to the Owner because that is the only way I could see him allowing her to stay on their payroll. Don't want to not recommend this Company but if you need insurance, ask for Ayesha, she is very knowledgeable and the reason we stay. If it were not for the other clueless employee, I would give them five stars. You have been warned!
