He was incredibly helpful with me from there: found it in their warehouse, arranged to have it put together (including sorting a glitch), so that I could test ride (even recommending a route for me to try some hill climbing), and do a (great!) deal (including some accessories I was pleased to see they had in stock) before I left to drive home. I am thrilled with my new ride, and so appreciative of how Nick dealt with me. It appears their regular awards are warranted!

I bought a brand new board off them for a pretty good price (around the same price as the ones in costco, but get way more board for the money!) and it has been fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a more patient, thorough, encouraging and all round awesome teacher. From beginning to end, James took his time to make sure our son fully understood the dos and don'ts, and was his biggest cheerleader. Once they got out into the water, every flight attempt was followed by a little coaching session. It took about 20 minutes to get it all figured out and he was soaring! Definitely got our money's worth.
