They were EXTREMELY hard working and very respectful to us and our property. The ground was snow covered and it was very cold in January. However, after the work was done, it took a while to get a cleanup crew to come by to remove the nails on our driveway. Also, the gutter was not cut correctly and the water now poured instead of dripped onto our patio. The door was also reattached incorrectly and it doesn't close correctly now after it was removed to get the siding done there. The siding still looks good.

They were all knowledgable, but Dylan was great at explaining stuff, which I needed, being a city boy and not knowing a whole lot about construction/contracting. And the office folks were great. I was having "insurance issues," and they were great in helping me get through it. The work was done in timely fashion, the crew was professional and easy to work with, and cleanup afterwards was thorough. I've had the worst luck with contractors, but Alte was cool. All in all, a good experience.

Amar, the project manager, was incredibly attentive to detail and kept me updated every step of the way. He provided a full booklet of siding, shingle, and gutter color samples, which made choosing from the many options surprisingly easy. I wanted my gutters to blend seamlessly with the siding, and thanks to the wide selection, I found the perfect match. Once the colors were finalized, all materials arrived quickly and the project moved forward without delay. Another huge plus is that if additional work is needed--like electrical or window-related tasks--Amar works with reliable contractors who can handle those parts as well. Overall, the entire process was efficient, well-coordinated, and stress free. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Al's Roofing & Siding

I called Roff to get them to come take a look and to hire to fix it. It took several calls, missed appts, and reschedules to get John to come to even take a look, he said he would return with some guys to work on it. Since then, I have been completely ghosted by them. I've called probably 5 times since over the span of a few weeks, complete silence. Beware. They'll put an expensive roof on your home and then not help you out when a problem arises. I first reached out to J. Kasharian in 2020 to provide an estimate for repairing the yankee gutters…read moreon my Victorian home. He told me he would get back to me. I never heard back despite trying to connect with him on multiple occasions. Fast forward to 2026 and, like a fool, I thought I would try and support a local business and decided to give John another shot. Just like in 2020, I gave him a call and he showed up right away. After looking at the job he told me that he needed to look into some options and would get back to me. And, just like in 2020, he once again ghosted me despite numerous attempts to contact him via both text and phone. I don't understand why he continues to waste both mine and his time by showing up to look at these jobs. It's true that Victorian roofs can present unique challenges and not all roofers have the skillset and knowledge to work on them. I now realize that this must be the case here. Instead of stringing me along though, I really would have appreciated John just being honest with me. It's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you have very 'basic' roofing needs, J. Kasharian may be the right company for you, otherwise.....don't waste your time.
