Jeff's office staff was prompt and friendly and made us a priority in coming out for a quote, sealing up our leaks and replacing our entire roof and skylight - all within a 2 week timeframe that included a Thanksgiving holiday and bitter cold temperatures! Jeff along with his roofing crew and office staff were all extremely professional, very punctual in the times they provided and utilized premium quality materials. The roofers had to move several items around our house to ensure they didn't damage our property and when they were done, the items were back to where they found them and the roofing debris was entirely cleaned up. They were exceptionally hard working and very courteous. The entire process was well orchestrated and exceedingly impressive on timing of everything from start to finish, including delivery of materials. The builder on Helms Mill Road cut a lot of corners, so we opted to replace. John was able to show us houses he did, so you can see the different shingle types and colors. The owners I checked all recommended Roff and were very happy with the work The Roff team showed up at 7:30 and went right to work. Each employee knows their responsibilities and gets to it. They are an efficient, professional and respectful team. They moved and covered the furniture on my deck, treating my property like it was their own. They tear the roof down to the plywood. Your roof is then sealed, wrapped and shingled. They upgraded the ugly white PVC and cheaper venting with higher end products that match the color of your shingles. The roof looks beautiful. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I saw them walking behind our vinyl fence to make sure there was no roof paper left behind on my neighbor's property. They make sure your property looks exactly like it did before they showed up. They did the entire job in a single day. They do more than just roofs. I called Roff to get them to come take a look and to hire to fix it. It took several calls, missed appts, and reschedules to get John to come to even take a look, he said he would return with some guys to work on it. Since then, I have been completely ghosted by them. I've called probably 5 times since over the span of a few weeks, complete silence. Beware. They'll put an expensive roof on your home and then not help you out when a problem arises.
