Very attractive and fully stocked- glasses, napkins, drinks etc. The girls told me he was a good driver and always attentive to them as they went from Long Island to NYC to a restaurant and then a couple of clubs. Teresa, who my younger daughter booked through, was very pleasant and gave us a fair price. She even threw in a bottle of champagne to celebrate the upcoming wedding. I highly recommend this limo service.

He literally yelled on the phone like a pirate, not once but about 4 times because I hung up a few times thinking I had the wrong number. I wanted to hang up and forget about it but, I had the Yelp voucher worth $20, that I already paid for. This was my first time riding with these people, but this Aaron was the rudest son of a bitch I've ever had the misfortune of almost speaking to. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. When I tried to tell him about the voucher THAT THEY OFFERED via the driver (because if I was talking to him directly, I would've cursed his ass out) Aaron yells through the phone to the driver, NO CASH ONLY, (something I couldn't make out) KICK HER OUT! I was just trying to tell him I had a Yelp coupon for a discount, again THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Look on the page, it's still there!!! I'm not sure who the rest of these people came in contact with or maybe I have different standards, but it's looking like a Jekyll and Hyde situation and I got the worst one. I took Lyft on my return trip who by the way charged me $20 for a ride that Seaford charged $45. I will never use this crappy "company" again.

As distraught as I was when I called, afraid to miss my flight, at an airport almost two hours away, the dispatcher saved the day, doing his best to keep me calm and ensure me that someone was coming to get me and I would make my flight on time. Franz had the most amazing attitude, was very professional and provided amazing service. I could not have asked for a better ride or experience with this company. I would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for any kind of driving services, ESPECIALLY over an uber or a Lyft.
