On the website there's no option to email or request a quote, just a link to "book now" that requires you to enter your credit card info, with no indication what the rates are or what the cancellation policy is. As a side note, as stated in my previous review, we usually have a clean car/SUV but that was not the case today. As soon as I saw our car and driver I thought it was a different service waiting for someone else. Won't ever use them again. I do not recommend them.
