The pickleball courts are new, the hot yoga room flooring was recently upgraded, and the new locker rooms, saunas, and cold plunges are almost finished. The staff is great. The tennis director is very involved with the tennis members and offers clinics and events for all levels. The pros are all involved and very qualified. The members are great, and it is a nice community to be a part of. Too often we leave reviews when things aren't great, and in this case, I wanted to leave a positive review because things are being managed well and the club feels like a great value.

Renovations were promised within a specific timeframe, but key amenities -- including the sauna and spa areas -- have remained unavailable longer than expected while members continue paying full dues. Communication from leadership has also been disappointing. Concerns were raised but not meaningfully addressed, which makes it harder to justify the premium pricing. Overall, it's a decent club with potential, but the pricing, transparency, and follow-through on promised improvements need work.

Unfortunately, none of those gym memberships or 1:1 training sessions worked for me. The difference between my prior memberships and Lucas is the accountability factor and the added bonus of having a registered dietitian helping from a nutrition standpoint. No one at 24 Hour Fitness is holding you accountable to show up everyday, and no one at Orangetheory is delivering a workout that is tailored to your specific goals. Lucas has been great about adjusting workouts based on my personal objectives, and his dietitian has been equally great with consistent recommendations specifically for me. Above all: Lucas switches it up so it's not boring and mundane, he's fun and personable, and he's flexible with my crazy busy work and travel schedule. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to get fit. The studio has cubbies to put your valuables in. I came early since it was my first class and the instructor introduced me to the megaformer machine. Remember to bring sticky socks! The class was similar to other megaformer classes I had been to in the past. Your muscles start shaking from those pulses and holds! It was a very good workout. Our previous trainer Luke was suddenly terminated and the manager Shelly refused to refund our prepaid training fee. I was finally paid when our family membership was suddenly terminated for "Bashing the gym on social media" when I left reviews hoping to achieve a mutual agreement for resolution. According to Shelly, she personally spoke with our personal trainer Luke and she informed me that he was to be paid for 2 sessions owed to us. He claims that she not only never spoke to Luke but she also only paid him for 1 session. This gym in my opinion will not be open much longer and good luck trying to receive a refund!

The instructors are super young, they play annoying music, they don't pay attention to your form or if you misheard what springs are changed, or even if your form is correct. They don't allow for stretch in between strengthen. It's easier on the body to rest one minute and stretch in between moves not 15 minutes at the end. I was so spoiled at the last business i attended, that went out of business due to owner retirement. I gave Define another few chances for $170- I was only able to get 3 classes in for the one month time period, due to my busy work schedule, living 25 mins away, and suffering from migraines. Total rip off! Never again. It's easier for me to pay as I go but the sales pressure you into getting the so called best value- which is only best for the owners pocketbook! Listen Ashley LeGrand Jahner- your hyped up sales tactics you force on your staff isn't doing yourself a service- word of mouth on a bad business has a greater impact than your friendsies putting 5 stars on here. And- this is NOT concierge. Look the word up. Every class but the 7 am on the weekend had a waitlist booked out for weeks.
