Walking into this process, I wasn't just looking for a trainer... I needed someone who understood where I was at and could meet me there. That's exactly what Jordan Lester did. From day one, he has been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He never pushed me beyond what I could handle, but somehow always knew how to gently encourage me to take that next step forward. He has this rare ability to balance compassion with motivation, and it's made all the difference in my journey. Jordan isn't just a personal trainer, he is your biggest supporter, your cheerleader, and someone who genuinely believes in you even on the days you don't believe in yourself. Because of him, I've been able to start moving my body again, rebuild strength, and slowly regain confidence I thought I had lost forever. If you're looking for someone who truly cares, not just about your fitness goals, but about you as a person, Jordan is that person. I am beyond grateful for him.

Zach is easily one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He actually listens. You tell him your goals (whether you want to lose 30 lbs, pack on muscle, get off blood pressure meds, or just move without pain), and he builds everything around YOU. No cookie-cutter programs here. His knowledge is ridiculous: strength training, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, mobility work, stretching, nutrition, meal planning... the guy is a walking encyclopedia with years of real experience and certifications to back it up. The gym itself is spotless, never overcrowded, and has such a welcoming vibe. Everyone who trains here is friendly and supportive; it feels like a community, not a meat market. If you're tired of big-box gyms where you're just a number, do yourself a favor and train here. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned athlete, he'll meet you where you are and get you results safely and sustainably. Hands down the best training experience in Scottsdale. It asked "Are you bored of your regular workout routine?" and then I don't know what the rest said, because I was already thinking, "Heck yeah! I always do get bored easily!" After today's boxing boot camp with Alex, they definitely "walk the walk" when making fitness challenging yet fun. The energy level of the trainers here is incredible. The theme is, "Never give up." Today was just a taste of what their boxing classes are actually like. We did boxing drills, but the true working out with boxing gloves and contact occur on Thursday evenings, but even though this class was just a "sample," it definitely kicked everyone's derriere. There were grimaces, sweat flying everywhere, groans, and then also laughter. Not the typical combination you would get when you're working out hard. That's what makes this place unique. You can tell they are striving for a fun, yet motivational atmosphere. I know you may not feel that way when doing plank jumping jacks or boxing squats, but you'll feel amazing at the end.
