Last night we stopped by after my son's Band Concert at the Junior High. Several families came by. I haven't been inside this McDonald's in years. They kiosks were a new thing for us, and many people with us. While we figured it out and waited for our orders I could see that the staff was understaffed for the crowd that came in. Not their fault. They were pleasant if not a bit overwhelmed. A strong recommendation I would give is for the manager to find out when the Junior High concerts (and the grade school concerts that are held there as well) are so they can possibly staff more for the expected crowd. I just had the rudest experience at this location. I placed an order in the drive thru and once I got to the pick-up window I asked for salt and sauce for my food. The woman at the window gave me a very rude look then walked away. Once she came back with the items, she informs me that next time I needed to ask when I ordered because I was going to be charged. I was at this location once before and they did not give me my full order. I will not tolerate rudeness when spending my money. I will never be back to this location even though it is 1 minute from my office. People should be treated better. read more

The kiosk never gives a receipt, it takes forever for someone to attend to you, and despite ordering through the kiosk, they still manage to get your order wrong. After several times of ordering there, and calling on them for screwed up orders, I don't think they are capable of improving. I understand they get busy at times, but it's no excuse for incompetence. Until they can get their act together, I recommend going elsewhere. read more

I was here several times for the hello kitty and BTS happy meal. The food at McDonald ' is consistent across all locations, but it's the staff who truly make the experience remarkable. The team at this location is among the nicest, most polite, and most accommodating I've encountered. Don't order from here during lunch if you see school buses here unless you want to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. Otherwise, this location normally operates at a slower speed than other locations. I'm not sure the reason, this has been my experience. There are many times I just drive on by if there are more than 3 cars in the drive-thru lane because "a diet coke", just doesn't seem as important to me as my time! We had a birthday party. We are all adults and still have SO MUCH FUN!!! Amazing party coordinator, Lily was very helpful!!! Also the female manager was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour early to set up and to get the details organized. They were helpful, and they have accommodated our needs!!! My Big Mac modifications include "lite on the sauce", an extra slice of cheese, and a tomato. And it's perfect nearly every time. Most $$$$ restaurants can't compete with that kind of service. On my way from work, I stopped by McDonald's (2310 W 75th Street Woodridge, IL) to order a cheeseburger and get some Chicken McNuggets for my little girl, with the temperature being 20 degrees outside. When I got home, I realized they did not give me the Chicken McNuggets. So, I called the number on the receipt, 630-852-3546, seven times before a young lady answered the phone and then hung up in my face. Cold or not, I drove back to McDonald's and shared what had happened with a young lady. I then saw her talking with the shift manager, who proceeded to come and help me. The shift manager shared that I was talking to the one who hung up on me and was very apologetic. While the shift manager and I were talking, this young lady was over on the side, talking about what was happening and laughing. Let me close by saying the customer service here is awful!!! Also, my food was cold, and I threw it away. It was not worth the money I had spent nor the inconvenience of driving back to retrieve my daughter's Chicken McNuggets. The lady handed me my coffee in a hot cup can I said "oh this is supposed to be iced coffee.".... a moment later she handed me the same hot cup of coffee and I questioned whether she made it an iced coffee; she said yes. (I've never had an iced coffee in a hot cup before). I pulled up. Took my kids here last night for Happy Meals. Right when we walk in the floor is covered with sticky soda. They hadn't mopped it, just put a wet floor sign down. So picture this: you've been sitting in traffic on I-355 for over an hour, and after exiting at 75th you now know you're running late for whatever you had planned that evening. Knowing there's not enough time to get home and cook a meal, you think about alternatives. Now, if you WANT to be late for your evening plans, then get in THIS drive-thru lane. I don't know what it is about this McDonald's, but it's just always bad. Drive-thru service is a LONG wait, even if you're just picking up a single item and you're the only car in line. Food for thought (oh, that's right - you're still waiting for your food, you don't have any food yet! How about some insight, then): why the %&*# do they have two menu boards/speakers, but a single line of traffic? What's the point? It has to be so they can serve you twice as fast in order to serve your food twice as slow; there's simply no other explanation. Think going inside is any better? Think again. Just do yourself a favor and keep driving. Go to ANY other restaurant in the vicinity. If I ever consider driving back here, it will be the day the kitchen can keep up with the cashier. This may actually take the cake for the worst McDonald's service I've ever received. It just took me a half hour to receive cold food and my order still isn't right. I was shorted cups fries and sauce. The cashier was listening to his buddy yell requests for free food instead of taking orders. There are no lids, the drink station is a mess, and other customers are shouting at staff what they're missing because they're all ignoring guests reappearing to fix their meals.
