Last night we stopped by after my son's Band Concert at the Junior High. Several families came by. I haven't been inside this McDonald's in years. They kiosks were a new thing for us, and many people with us. While we figured it out and waited for our orders I could see that the staff was understaffed for the crowd that came in. Not their fault. They were pleasant if not a bit overwhelmed. A strong recommendation I would give is for the manager to find out when the Junior High concerts (and the grade school concerts that are held there as well) are so they can possibly staff more for the expected crowd. I just had the rudest experience at this location. I placed an order in the drive thru and once I got to the pick-up window I asked for salt and sauce for my food. The woman at the window gave me a very rude look then walked away. Once she came back with the items, she informs me that next time I needed to ask when I ordered because I was going to be charged. I was at this location once before and they did not give me my full order. I will not tolerate rudeness when spending my money. The kiosk never gives a receipt, it takes forever for someone to attend to you, and despite ordering through the kiosk, they still manage to get your order wrong. After several times of ordering there, and calling on them for screwed up orders, I don't think they are capable of improving. I was here several times for the hello kitty and BTS happy meal. The food at McDonald ' is consistent across all locations, but it's the staff who truly make the experience remarkable. The team at this location is among the nicest, most polite, and most accommodating I've encountered. We had a birthday party. We are all adults and still have SO MUCH FUN!!! Amazing party coordinator, Lily was very helpful!!! Also the female manager was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour early to set up and to get the details organized. They were helpful, and they have accommodated our needs!!! Don't order from here during lunch if you see school buses here unless you want to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. Otherwise, this location normally operates at a slower speed than other locations. I'm not sure the reason, this has been my experience. There are many times I just drive on by if there are more than 3 cars in the drive-thru lane because "a diet coke", just doesn't seem as important to me as my time! On my way from work, I stopped by McDonald's (2310 W 75th Street Woodridge, IL) to order a cheeseburger and get some Chicken McNuggets for my little girl, with the temperature being 20 degrees outside. When I got home, I realized they did not give me the Chicken McNuggets. So, I called the number on the receipt, 630-852-3546, seven times before a young lady answered the phone and then hung up in my face. Cold or not, I drove back to McDonald's and shared what had happened with a young lady. I then saw her talking with the shift manager, who proceeded to come and help me. The shift manager shared that I was talking to the one who hung up on me and was very apologetic. While the shift manager and I were talking, this young lady was over on the side, talking about what was happening and laughing. Let me close by saying the customer service here is awful!!! Also, my food was cold, and I threw it away. It was not worth the money I had spent nor the inconvenience of driving back to retrieve my daughter's Chicken McNuggets. Thank you to the entire staff! No matter the weather, time of day, or line of cars my order is complete with a high rate of accuracy and satisfaction! My Big Mac modifications include "lite on the sauce", an extra slice of cheese, and a tomato. And it's perfect nearly every time. Most $$$$ restaurants can't compete with that kind of service. I like it "my way" and this McDs delivers. On the rare occasion I walk in, I've witnessed the staff handle customer complaints with the poise and patience of career social workers. I would give it a 0 if I could. My family went in for lunch today becaise my son saw the "play place." we placed our order the went to sit so my son could play. Afted 10 minutes of not having received our food my husband went to the counter to check. After another 5 minutes of no one acknowledging him even when he tried to flag someone down I switched with him. I was told they were "waiting in fries" yet we watched many cars come and go through the drive thru as well as other patrons being served who ordered after us. I was told I didn't know how to tell tell bc magically 1131-1146 is not 15 minutes. I was served cold sandwiches b "but your fries are fresh." the service here is terrible and they would not take responsibility, nor put down phones to wait on customers. The lady handed me my coffee in a hot cup can I said "oh this is supposed to be iced coffee.".... a moment later she handed me the same hot cup of coffee and I questioned whether she made it an iced coffee; she said yes. Took my kids here last night for Happy Meals. Right when we walk in the floor is covered with sticky soda. They hadn't mopped it, just put a wet floor sign down. We were there for about an hour and the whole time no one mopped it. Every table was dirty and sticky. There was garbage everywhere, especially around the drink area. This may actually take the cake for the worst McDonald's service I've ever received. It just took me a half hour to receive cold food and my order still isn't right. I was shorted cups fries and sauce. The cashier was listening to his buddy yell requests for free food instead of taking orders.
