This place is a joke. Horrible workers. Unsafe food handling. Always wrong orders. I paid for a fudge sundae with extra fudge whipped cream and Oreos. All extra charges. This is what they gave me. They said they won't remake it. They also gave my food in a ripped bag with my fries falling out of the side. What place refuses to give you what you paid for?

Once I located this hidden gem tucked on the corner of a shopping strip, I went in with high hopes. The menu was definitely ambitious but nothing so far over the top that I wouldn't try it. The young man at the counter who greeted me was very happy to give recommendations and was definitely proud to work there. I decided on the Turkey Burglar minus the onions, an order of fresh cut fries and a bottle of water. While I waited, he and I chatted for a bit and it was easy to see he had a real interest in, if not cooking, good food experiences. I was actually kinda bummed when my order was finished because of the great conversation. I hopped in the car and the first thing I tried were the fries. I LOVE French fries. These were fresh cut, fluffy in the middle, fries! Not that dense potato texture you get when they're not properly double cooked. This was definitely a sign of good things to come. The turkey burger was juicy, well seasoned, and the combination of lettuce, Brie, bacon, Granny Smith apple slices and raspberry mayo was everything I needed in that moment. I didn't waste a bite. I look forward to my next visit when I'm up in the area, and I'm definitely bringing my friends and family.

No one else there, but the owner / chef was eager to serve us and helped everyone choose the burger that best suited their tastes. I ordered the gouda bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. Everything is fresh made, so there was a bit of wait as he prepared meals for all six of us, but it was worth it! My burger came piled high with a freshly grilled beef patty topped with two slices of bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, a couple of onion rings, horseradish sauce and melted gouda cheese on a brioche bun. I'm not always a fan of brioche buns for a burger as they tend to fall apart, but his held up well to all the overflowing toppings. The onion rings were super-crispy and I also got to try their fries which were a tad undercooked, but tasty overall. Make sure to ask for the "That One" sauce for dipping your sides in...kinda like the bloomin' onion sauce you'd get at Outback. Delish! We had a solid meal here, would definitely return if in the area again.

The place was packed but we were greeted right when we walked in. The restaurant had a real open feel with high ceilings. It was bustling! They told us it would be about 30 minutes. Grabbed a beer while we waited. The bartender was super friendly. After 10 minutes we got our seat outdoors. Our server was really nice and had a great energy. She gave us the run down in how to build our burgers. After we put in our order a couple seats opened at the outside bar and we asked if we could move because it was hot and the bar seats were under fans. They said no problem! Our server was very accommodating. The bartender and bar back were friendly and chatted with us even though they were busy. They really made us feel welcomed. Service was quick given how busy they were. Our food came and first thing I noticed was the rather large burger was accompanied by some seasoned steak fries. I popped a fry in my mouth and it was delicious! Probably the best steak fries I've ever had!!! Took a bite of my burger and it was so juicy! Cooked to perfection! Tucked into all the hustle and bustle, it almost feels like a hidden option among the noise. And interestingly, the pricing here feels more reasonable than some other locations, which makes it an even easier choice. Now, full transparency... I used to run a food channel, and the team here actually recognized me, which made the experience fun and personal. That said, this isn't a biased review. I paid for my food, waited in line like everyone else, and had the same experience any customer would. And the truth is: I really enjoy the burgers here. The quality is noticeably above traditional fast food... clean, flavorful, and not overly heavy. The portions are balanced, not oversized, which I personally appreciate. You leave satisfied, not weighed down, and still fully capable of walking around and enjoying the rest of the area. Another underrated perk: they serve beer, and it's actually cheaper here than at other spots inside the market, which is a nice bonus if you're trying to keep things reasonable.

The Vibe: We came on a Saturday and the parking lot was packed, which we took as a great sign--and it was. You walk through a fun outdoor patio before heading inside to order, and the space is incredibly unique--colorful, eclectic, slightly hipster, with dog photos and quirky decor everywhere. The line to order was pretty long, but we noticed a few open seats at the bar. We asked the bartender if we could order there, and she said yes--pro move. Skip the line, grab a bar seat. Drinks: We tried the house lager, which was solid and refreshing. What We Ordered: * Homemade Queso + Flavor Bomb 3 * "Famous" Pulled Pork Sandwich * "What the Fig?" Sandwich Standout Bite: The queso with Flavor Bomb 3 was incredible. Sweet, savory, and completely addictive. The pineapple in the flavor bomb added the perfect touch of sweetness and made the dish really stand out. Sandwiches: Both sandwiches were excellent. The pork was fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. The classic pulled pork was great, but if you like bold flavors, the "What the Fig?" is the way to go--the fig jam added the perfect sweet-savory balance. Flavor-packed and messy in the best way. Sides: Sandwiches come with your choice of Miss Vickie's chips, house-made slaw, or both for $1 extra. The house-made slaw was a standout for me--fresh, crisp, and the perfect complement to the sandwiches. Overall: Great food, fun atmosphere, and a unique experience from start to finish. We're already planning our next visit--and next time we're bringing our pup since they're dog-friendly and fully embrace it. Pro tip: Head straight to the bar if there's a long line--and don't skip the queso with a flavor bomb.

The cheese was melted throughout instead of just sitting on top, so every bite had that same balanced flavor.
