Thankful for the quick lunch and rest stop. And this location has an open kids play area if you need that. Not far of the highway, this place is really appreciated. #7 two cheeseburgers, med fry, med iced tea. Perfect! Restrooms are decent and three stalls. Small but able to handle the demand at the time. I thought it would be good to stop at as many Mc Donald's as I could while on my Anual Cross Country Roadtrip. One reason I prefer McDonald's over other apps is that they offer table service. BUT, That's the only reason. I find the McDonald's app harder to use than any resturant app I use. It also is more prone to errors. I ordered the triple cheeseburger meal. It only charged me for the sandwich, which was very close to the meal price. A group of young Mormans saw me eating my cheeseburger without fries and with a drink from my car and offered me a sandwich. I thanked them and told them that McDonald's screwed up my order that it was not an issue of not having enough money. They told me that They ordered too much food and Noone wanted it. I thanked them again. I broke my number 1 rule by bringing in an outside drink. I wouldn't want someone bringing in thier own drink to my restaurant so I just don't do it. I did it this one time since I didn't get a drink that I actually attempted to order but didn't get due to an error on the app. So now I've revised my plan and decided not to stop by as many Mc Donald's as possible. The resturant appeared to be kept clean , although the restroom needed a touch up. If you choose to go to this location don't use the app. The triple cheese burger tasted good but for me half of the enjoyment comes from a well made sandwich. Which to me means putting it together properly with all the condiments neatly arranged on the sandwich, not on the wrapper. Dont they train the kids on how to properly present a well made product to the customer. Where's thier pride in a job well done. Well I see I haven't touched on ambiance enough to turn it green Now I did . Let me add they had piped in music as with all other McDonald's. read more

I come this location once a month. Everytime when I came here, I always had great experiences. Today, however, I am so impressed because of staffs. First, soon as I opened the door I heard "Welcome to McDonald's!" I could not see the person who welcomed me because of a partition. I found her name, "Aliasta." She impressed me. Second, there is another lady, "Angela" who is cleaning every where including trash bins. I love this place! I will definitely come back next month. read more

I don't know if they always have new people or what, but they never listen, my order is wrong 9/10x, and their ice cream machine is always broken. They don't answer their calls and they don't offer refunds or remakes when they f up. Would avoid the headache if possible. read more

We stopped here with the intention of eating in the car - always a risk with regard to getting what you ordered (although you really should check the bag before leaving the parking lot). Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The cashier was friendly and had no difficulty understanding my order, and getting it right. I asked another cashier for a water cup and received a large size with ice, which was super great. The fries were perfect and the flavor-to-water ratio in the sodas was exactly right. I did order inside and visited the restroom - both very clean. This is definitely one of the better (of the many) McDonald's that I have visited. read more

I've been here quite often. The crew is relatively nice and helpful. Depending on who is working the customer service can go from wanting to make a scene to wanting to tip them. A lot of orders are often messed up though. I love that they have to places to sit and eat but the downside is that sometimes a lot of tables are messy. The food is good but sometimes fries are served a bit cold but they are willing to give you freshly made fries if you bring it to their attention. read more

Went there for morning breakfast. And MacDonald's breakfast are a great and quick solution to breakfast. I decided to use the drive through and ordered two sausage egg mcmuffin and a unsweetened ice tea. I got home and took a drink of my tea, it was sweet beyond belief!!! I had to empty it out and just stick to tap water. I then opened my sausage egg mcmuffin and took a bite and the only thing in the sandwich was sausage!!! Two for Frickin Two!!!! Should have turned around and left. After a long day on the road we just wanted a quick bite. We were able to quickly place our order so that was good. Then it was down hill. Couldn't find a clean table so we cleaned our own. When the food came, it wasn't what we ordered so we had to wait. No apology for the wrong order and the place was filthy. We stopped here for lunch on our road trip. We have two toddler girls and it was the perfect break to let them run around and let off steam. They loved the indoor playground. It was fairly clean and lots to keep them busy. The restrooms were also clean including the changing area in the handicapped stall. We had a good lunch and had a nice break. I would recommend this for families with kids. Bonus happy meal toys keeps them motivated and happy. read more

Typically don't have high expectations for McDonald's to begin with, but this was probably the worst I've been too. First, we sat behind one car at the pay window for a good ten minutes. We saw a manager at the register with the employee so we figured, "ok, somethings wrong with the register, that's fine, it happens." But then when we got to the window we were offered no explanation or a "sorry for the wait" at all. Then, when we got to the food window, they gave us a sweet tea and we had ordered an unsweetened tea with light ice. So we told them it was supposed to be unsweetened, and hey acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of their life to correct it, then when they handed it to us we verified, "is it light ice?" and she paused and then just said "yeah." When we pulled away we realized it had even more ice than a normal drink. Then after we had already driven a few minutes out of town, we realized they cheated us on our 6 piece chicken tenders, and only gave us 4. On top of that, the fries and chicken tenders were cold and stale. read more

Only reason why I'm giving this one 3 stars is because there is one employee out front talking with another employee mouthing other employees possibly a manager. They are cursing all over the place. One employee had her hair up with white daisies around her bun and the other had a Chicago bulls shirt on. It unprofessional for employees to be sitting outside cursing in front of their customers even if they are off the clock. No one wants to eat and listen to n****a this f*** that. Disrespectful. I know graveyard shifts are usually not busy, But that does not excuse what happened here. Only ordered 2 small coffees and 2apple pies. Simple right? The woman who took our order was not courteous. Short quick replies like she wanted us to hurry. And the simple order I made....never came waited more than 10 minutes, honked my car horn continuously and no one came to ask to help.
