A quick stop here for a bottle of water and a visit to their restrooms which were clean. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Clumps of hair on the floor, horrible toilets, sticky floors, and overflowing trashcan. Soda machines were not working correctly and the staff acted like it was the customers problem and not theirs. Hand sanitizer was empty (which is needed in this restaurant). Eating area was equally disgusting. Floors and tables were so filthy. Two of the machines you order from were not working but no one was at the register to take orders. The drink machine was covered in trash and spills. After a long wait they told us that they could not get the soda machine to work. I don't feel clean after leaving. read more

Food and service was amazing! My family and I went through the drive thru during lunch time. The line moved fast and the food came out hot and fresh. Stopped here on Thanksgiving because we were traveling to see family, but unfortunately it turned out to be later in the day then we had planned to get on the road. Most places were closed until we saw the McDonald's was open and packed. We went through the drive through and ordered my meal. My fries were really hot, but amazing. My burger was great as well. They have renovated again! They have kiosk that are open during very busy times. They have mobile order table service. There are video games at some tables. They usually have above average McDonalds food. Some crews make mistakes, so check your order before you leave. read more

Terrible Customer Service. The lady was very rude and hostile toward me. I was attempting to receive my order and the lady was very ignorant. I went up after they called me and my order couldn't be found. I eventually asked about my order and she had an attitude with me. Definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

I stopped here on a drive between Memphis and New Orleans. The restaurant was clean and just off the freeway. It's a part of a block of fast food and gas stations. What I liked about this McDonald's though is that it had a video game kiosk for kids. Personally I find the fast food playgrounds mostly dirty and gross. The video kiosk was a nice change to what I typically see at McDonald's. One might argue that kids should be more physically active. They can watch TV and play games at home. But... what the heck, if you're eating at McDonald's is that where your kid should really be exercising anyway? read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. So first we started ordering and after EVERY single item it was "is that all" "anything else" "ugh, okay what else", and I have 3 kids and 2 adults in my vehicle and were traveling. Then we get to the first window and she is still absolutely so rude, my best friend asked her when she took the card, if it rung up correctly because she saw where it popped up triple cheeseburger, instead of fish file, and she said no it said fish filet. So we paid and she damn near threw the card at us and didn't even offer a recipient. We moved to the second window and got a happy meal and a small drink, was supposed to be a large and the happy meal was missing sauce and apple slices, and we were asked to drive up to the 3rd window. While sitting there I'm checking the orders we got and realize that were also missing a drink for one of the happy meals. So when the girl walks up with our food, we mention that we're missing the drink for my toddler and that our sandwich she brought was NOT the fish it was a triple cheese burger and she walked off it took 15 minutes for her to show back up and she had a filet of fish and a medium drink and said we didn't order a large we ordered a medium, which was fine but they admitted they made a small and that isn't what we ordered. And we said okay whatever just give us the drink please because at this point we're annoyed and I didn't want to keep going back and forth so we left even tho we paid for another child's apple slices. So we left and will never be back thanks to there laziness and lack of manners. read more

This negative review is not about what I got, rather what I did not get. We stopped here on our way home to Vicksburg from Oxford, wanting a latte' for a bit of a pick me up. I ordered, waited awhile, saw my number come up on the screen and then go off the screen, but no latte'. A couple of minutes later someone called out, "Small latte'" and I went forward to pick it up. She told me their machine was not working, would I like a shake or my money back. Never once apologized for my inconvenience. I very politely said I would like my money back. She called out to her manager, got her to come over, told her the situation, and the manager went over to one of the cash registers. She entered whatever she needed to, got the money out and handed it to me. Never once apologized for my inconvenience. We wasted 15 or 20 minutes for nothing and were treated as if we basically didn't exist. Next time we will either stop in Grenada or just keep on driving. So I walked in and it was completely packed. I hope this is a good thing and not just because it is a small town and there's nowhere else to go. The establishment wasn't clean and all I wanted was a coffee. I took the children to use the restroom and the men's room was overflowing into the women's restroom!!! I don't mean it was a little water I mean it was completely flooded! It looked like the Mississippi River made a new path down their hall. And it looked just like the Mississippi River too. Actually it may have been a bit more clean. The kids were scared to go in. We did an in and out really quick only to realize the women's restroom toilets were also stopped up. Smh. I can understand having large crowds, but when the employees are irritated by this it ticks me off! What do u think you came here to do? Your job is to keep the customer happy and not just with food or drinks. The people in this location act so unintelligent and unprofessional which means it's probably not very productive. This was our first time stopping here. We were on our way to New Orleans and saw this place when we stopped for fuel and decided to try it for lunch. We ordered the spicy Chicken sandwich combo. The food was hot, fresh and somewhat tasty. The fries are always good and we like the idea of serving ourselves a cold drink. What an absolute joke. Ordered on the computerized menu since no one was manning the registers. Went to the counter to pay and they don't have the sauce to make one of my burgers. Substituted it with something else. 4 people on break while tickets back up and everyone is served before me. I asked for a refund (never receiving my food). Earlier today I went to McDonald's after going to the school's open house and we ordered 2 medium burgers,2 medium fries,2 medium shakes,a Hi-C,and 10 piece chicken nuggets. We got 2 medium fries, 2 medium shakes, a Hi-C, and the 10 piece chicken nuggets. No burgers!!!! I can't believe it!!! Also I can't do without my burgers!!!! They charges us as if we had the burgers! The price was 13 something! 13=unlucky!! I had a feeling something bad would happen! My mother's review: I am a physically disabled individual who depends on others to get around Winona. We have experienced since we moved here some of the worst order mishaps at the local McDonald's. After receiving a ride to the drive through and paying for 3 different meals, we got home to discover that 2 hamburgers were not included. I understand that people make mistakes, but it seems like it happens 2 out of 3 times we go through this drive through there is a mistake made.
