Stopped in through drive thru on our way to the Villages for a craft show. Sat at the speaker a while before they acknowledged our presence and took our order. Simple order - 1 egg McMuffin combo with a sprite. Get up to the window and handed the bag and proceed to drive off. Look in bag and notice there's 2 sandwiches!? Open one up and it's a sausage McMuffin. Open the second and same! Ugh are you kidding me!? Drive back around and pull up at the window to let the girl know. Have to wait while they make our order. It's an average McDonald's. I ordered on the kiosk and was expecting to get my food brought to me, but it wasn't. I don't get why the choice to get your food brought to you was even created because it is not the first time where employees didn't bring the food to the table. The inside is somewhat clean, as some tables were full of crumbs and fries, lettuce, and napkins lying around on the floor. Used to that too as well. My order was pretty big, but the medium fries and large cup I ordered were forgotten. The food taste was just like any other McDonald's location. read more

The staff would make a good reality show, Duck Dynasty style. Open, personal conversations going on, good entertainment if you need. Def not professional, but then... remember where I am. Hate to support Ronald but had to eat something "healthy" off the freeway. Asked for a salad without meat and the staff, who obviously doesn't have a dentist, looked at me like I had 2 heads. Wanted to charge me for it , btw it's $1less. Staff could have been nicer, kinda disorganized. This Mac is desperate for a makeover, like its employees. Chairs look like they were taken from a closed down Chinese take out and there's a huge, odd, open space which I doubt is for dancing. The restrooms may be clean but do not look like it because it is so old. One of the hand blowers are broken, no paper towels, good thing I wore a Tshirt. Pretty busy place, good location off 75, just wished it didn't look like a thrift store. read more

DON'T waste your time! I feel I have waited a suitable amount of time for management to contact me regarding our experience and since they have opted not to do that, here's the review of our experience as we were heading back from Tampa Bay to Minneapolis. First let me acknowledge to good workers. The woman cleaning the bathrooms and the woman that took our order. Both were pleasant, professional and polite. Nicely done! There was a young man that clearly had never taken to heart the "if you can lean, you can clean" training from McDonald's. He also seemed to have taken a complete course on how to be put out by absolutely everything that happens in and around him and that seems to include feeling that doing his job is actually not his job. If you don't like your job, find a different one - no one needs to see your performance which appears finely tuned. While we were waiting, (and we waited a fair amount of time) we discussed how surprised we were that none of the management mentioned anything to him or redirected him to actually do his job. It was weird. We surmised that perhaps he was the franchise owner's son as that was really the only logical explanation for that level of "don't give a rat's ass" work ethic. Watching him perform and watching the patrons become more and more uncomfortable was painful. I do NOT recommend this location. read more

Very slow service especially through drive -thru. Screwed up and they didn't check my order for completeness. Had to prove I ordered a sandwich by handing them back my receipt. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Ridiculous. They tried to blame the car in front of me for the screw up. Had to remind them that they still owed me a drink. A usual McDonalds-but not as clean as many. Crowded and slow. My disabled friend would like me to note for her that the restroom has a large enough restroom stall for wheelchair access and a separate sink in it, but there is no way to dry hands after washing there. So ladies using the stall are left to use dripping wet hands to open the door and get wheelchairs out of the stall -since the hand dryers are in the main area. It would be nice to have just a simple paper towel dispenser installed in the stall. Also better signage would help, it is right off the exit, but getting there is not a simple turn-because its behind other businesses. read more

Placed a mobile order through the app at 10:42pm-ish. Got to the restaurant at 10:58. Marked the app and got in the drive thru to only sit there and keep asking to have someone help me. No one responds so I move to the curbside pick up... only for them to turn all the lights off in the parking lot when I get fully parked and mark my location within the app. My ordered them got fully canceled. If you aren't going to be open until midnight, don't say you are on the app only to change your mind last minute. I'm pissed. read more

Older, worn location, but very clean considering the amount of traffic this location receives. Limited menu is no problem, makes it easy to order. Food was fast, but hot and appeared to be prepared on order. Drive-thru line was wrapped literally around the building and it was faster for us to just park and go inside. read more

I walk to get my food and they meet me at the door telling me they're closed because they only have three employees and give me a cash refund. My friend and I had a poor visit to this McDonalds. We were traveling at about 11:00 PM and hit the drive thru for a quick burger. It was anything but quick. It took almost 20 minutes to get two combo meals from the regular menu. Nothing special order - just regular sandwiches fries and a drink. I'll give high marks to the fountain drinks. Those were right. The fries were a close second. They may have been under a heat lamp for ten minutes but were still of McDonalds quality standards. The sandwiches were a disaster. Super salty and tasting like cardboard served on a stale bun. I know why I haven't been to McDonalds in 5 years. The quality and expediency has suffered tremendously through the years. We weren't the only patrons with problems. The car in front of us was still there when we left. I don't know the problem with their order but it took longer than 20 minutes for them to get back on the road with some food. There are many other options at this locations from other fast food establishments. I would recommend utilizing some of the others until this venue can meet McDonalds standards of food prep and service. read more

Located directly off of exit to the right if heading north. Easy to miss it is hidden behind a trashy looking Florida Citrus King store. Older store definitely past time for an update, hopefully in a better location than behind Florida King. Agree with other reviewers, looks odd with the open space in middle of dining area. Terrible service. Drive thru line took almost 20 minutes for the 5 cars in front of me. Once I finally got to the pay window, the lady had my whole order wrong. I got to the food window and the next lady said "did you have two apple juices?" I let her know again what my meal was. She looked down at her drinks that were prepared and looked frazzled for a minute and just grabbed a random one. I ended up having to go inside because my food wasn't even the right meal (burger instead of chicken) and the drink was sweet tea instead of coke. When I went inside they all acted like nothing was wrong and the girl who gave me the wrong drink looked at her coworker and said "Dang it I knew that was the wrong one!!!" Will never stop at this exit again when traveling Southbound on I75. read more

Absolute worst excuse i've ever seen for a mcdonald's in my life. My girlfriend and i live about 15 minutes from here, and being that it's SUPPOSED to be open until midnight, sometimes after work we drive by to get a late dinner when we don't have anything at home to make. On several occasions, before even TEN O'CLOCK, despite the number of cars in line, they will just shut off their lights and stop answering through the speakers. Naomi who works here is extremely rude. Not only to me every single person I watched her interact with. My boyfriend got a quarter pounder with cheese and they gave only one patty he went up to let them know and a man said to him to keep the wrong one Naomi said absolutely not take it back and did not throw out the incorrect burger and served it someone else and added a patty after he touched it already. We stood there in shock. Before that happened we ordered at the kiosk and I got a large drink. I asked for my cup while waiting on food as I saw it may be a while it was very busy. When I asked her for the cup she said were short staffed. I said ok? I just need a cup I'm not mad or anything and she said here you go with the worst attitude and threw the cup at me and walked away. Check your cameras between 12:35 and 1:45 pm on 4/23. Worst service EVER!!! I went threw the drive-thru and had a simple order. The 2 vehicles in front of me must of had difficult orders as I waited SEVERAL minutes just to get to the window to receive my order. When I got there, I was asked to pull forward as my FRIES were not done!! How do you run out of fries after I've waited so long already?!?! The service here is lousy. The food is never got you have to ask for fresh made to get good food. When things are made wrong you get attitude about getting it replaced​. I have had to have stuff remade 3 times in one visit before because they gave my food to someone else after waiting 10 minutes.
