The new chef is bringing such a fresh, creative energy to the menu. We started with calamari served with a black garlic aioli that was absolutely delicious. For my entrée, I had scallops over creamy polenta with pomegranate seeds, pomegranate molasses, fresh mint, and lemon. The combination was bright, balanced, and incredibly flavorful. It was one of those dishes that makes you stop between bites just to appreciate how well everything works together. A big part of what keeps us coming back is our waitress. We always ask to sit in her section because her service is consistently outstanding. She's warm, attentive without hovering, and her recommendations have never steered us wrong. She clearly knows the menu and genuinely wants guests to have a great experience. It's exciting to see a restaurant we already loved taking chances with fresh, seasonal ingredients and unexpected flavor combinations. We shared our excitement with our waitress, and she and the chef were genuinely thrilled to hear how much we enjoyed everything.
