Terrible! They were rude, drive through of course. Ordered a six piece nugget happy meal and a 20 piece nugget and they charged fifty cents for two sauces. When I politely asked for more sauce they did not want to give more than the original two for a total of 26 nuggets. Also got a double cheeseburger, it was drenched in ketchup, and a total mess. The prices have almost doubled in the last few years but the quality of the food and accuracy of the orders has been horrendous. You can't even call to complain because they won't answer. So I understand McDonalds is not where you got for exceptional food or service and we almost never go to McDonald's to begin with--but it was just not a great experience. We have two little ones so when table service is available it is so much easier to sit at the table, get settled and order from there than it is to have everyone wait in line. Every high chair was filthy and so were the tables. The manager did come wipe them down when asked though which was appreciated! The order wasn't especially fast and instead of bringing it to our table they just called our names to come and get our order, which was in bags instead of on a tray. It feels a little petty to be annoyed by this, but we did table service for a reason and it shouldn't be an option if they aren't going to fulfill the order in that way. We had two separate orders and they called our name for one but not the other so we sat twiddling our thumbs for the other and eventually saw a bag sitting on the counter so we went to investigate and it was ours. Food of course was exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. I tried the McCrispy and it was nothing special. I was hoping for something comparable to Chick-fil-A, but not so! Haha! read more

Stopped at this McDonalds for lunch. Handed the old man at the cashier a $20....he gave me change for a $10 bill. Now, I just got the $20 bill from a bank machine, so I know that I gave him a $20 bill....it was all that I had. I asked for the manager. They had me wait in my car while the manager "Counted the cash tray". The manager came out handed me a dollar and change and he told me "You gave him a $10". The McDonald's rubber burger was scrumptious. However, there were so many flaws in the McJizz. This is commonly know as the McChicken. We had a lot of people in the car and needed separate orders. she forgot my friends nuggets so we go back around and order more food as well. They updated the drive thru to make the process quicker, but the male attendant in the morning constantly skips the outside lane. The good employees seem to disappear after a few weeks as turnover except for few is high. This place has no attempt to customer service. Finally got fed up today. So many other places to go. I got a sausage burrito for breakfast. The first thing I have to say is that it took a while to get it and then nobody called out the order. The second thing I have to say is that most things on the menu end with an s to make you think that there is multiple of them but there is really only 1. To start off, the service here is absolutely terrible. I waited in the drive-through line for about 15 minutes, with only five cars in front of me. When I go to the window and collected my food, I pulled into a spot and checked it. It was wrong no surprise. I went back in and ended up talking to the manager of the establishment. (Very arrogant by the way) she said that she could not help me and I would have to just buy something else. I ended up eating the over greased, burnt, and cold sandwich. Go somewhere else. The service at this McDonald's is HORRIBLE. I had an incident just a little bit ago happen when I yelled out hello into the drive-through window because I was unsure if they were open, we had to wait there for probably two minutes before we drove around once and saw Maggie, one of the workers inside eating an ice cream cone dancing rather than being there to take our order in the first place. the male worker, named Jaime came to the window, handled my money respectfully and then as he was walking away made a smart remark saying it's " oh just so you know it's f***ing rude to yell hello into the drive-through." After all of this we pull up to the window and explained to the femal worker, maggie what had happened and to our surprise she was JUST as rude making smart remarks to us . a third female worker gave us our food and was very professional. we asked for the two workers names and that was the end of it. i've never written a revew on anything before but this service was so bad i downloaded yelp just to do this. i will be calling this mcdonald's tomorrow asking for the manager to hopefully have these two idiots fired for horrible customer service. thx for ruining our night read more

There is no stars for rating this store. Today I ordered two McGriddles to go. They handed my food to someone else. They remade them and left the store to head back to work, when I reached into the bag they were stone cold. This shows that these people that work there don't care about what they are doing.
