Starting July 14, 2026 at participating McDonald's restaurants, customers can find and collect 10 unique, space-themed BT21 toys in Happy Meals for a limited-time. There is a toy for each of the seven members of the group, along with three others: Van (a character representing Army), a toy with all of the characters on a spaceship, and a poster with stickers. This lineup of BT21 toys is space-inspired, putting the beloved characters--Chimmy, Cooky, Koya, Mang, RJ, Shooky, and Tata--into colorful cosmic vignettes. The characters are designed with a ring clip to be attached to bags or clothing. McDonald's located on Old Country Rd in Westbury, NY was one of the participating McDonald's that carried the BT21 toys. There is a drive thru or you can order inside using the kiosks or directly with the cashier. Since I didn't want duplicates of the BT21 toys, I asked the staff which ones they were giving out. Staff were polite and showed me. Then, I would use the kiosk to order my McDonald's Happy Meal. The first time I ordered a McDonald's Happy Meal with a hamburger, I got chicken mcnuggets, but after that my other orders were correct. Service is really quick. Each Happy Meal box also included a scannable QR code that unlocks an interactive digital experience where customers can explore, create their own music, and bring their favorite characters' performances to life. I was able to collect 8 of the 10 space-themed BT21 toys. One of the managers I spoke with even told me to come back another day and that I could exchange it for another toy. I didn't end up going back because I had already given it to a friend, but I really appreciated the kind gesture. read more

Not talking yet talking to long. A little attitude like we were bothering him. Wait time was really bad no one was inside there was 3 cars in the drive through. And it took 15, minutes for him to talk. I didn't really go inside but from the window I saw a RAT. We asked for sauce and got NOTHING. Andy was the most pleasant McDonald's drive thru employee we have ever come across . He was so nice , he asked if we wanted extras , he was polite and he made the whole drive thru experience bearable. The food at McDonald's is always good, cheese burger with fries and a sweet tea goes a long way and there ambiance is the tradition McDonald's colors read more

They are so slow , and they can not talk English And another thing is they are keep forgetting to put sauce when they are getting busy they have such a good excuse, system is not working read more

Service and food quality. Our order was wrong. And we never received our sauces or ketchup that was originally ordered through the drive thru. Only reason we actually got some ketchup was because we asked for extra when we got our food thinking we already had ketchup and dipping sauce. It was extremely disappointing to see we had no dipping sauce for our nuggets when we got home. This isn't the first time that it happens read more

Food was alright fries were kinda cold and they forgot the sauce in my online order that I pay for, might just order some where else.

Can't get orders right per usual and Im done spending my money here . the last time should've been the straw on the camel's back especially since I requested a full refund of my money ,leaving with no food and wasted my entire lunch break dealing with the incompetency. And why my sandwich had the lettuce and tomato not even on the sandwich but in the box on the bottom . SpongeBob can make a better krabby patty read more

Although this place have a poor overall review, it's a typical McDonald's chain. The food is as expected. Since I'm a fan, everything was great. The wait was also typical. The dine-in area is also as expected. The cheeseburger with vanilla milkshake is always a great buy. And if you're okay with some extra calories, there's nothing better but to add some fries. All good! read more

Andy is the nicest drive thru employee I've ever experienced. He was extremely happy to be there and helping

We usually order from the mobile app and this is the second time that we did not get some items that we ordered and paid for. We tried to call them several times but there was no answer. read more

I have been going to this location for a very long time... They opened when I was in High School and my senior lunch every day was a Big Mac, Fries and a Coke. Things haven't changed that much since those days. Perhaps some more salads and cleaner burgers but, I still enjoy their food and an obviously winning formula. They did the usual renovations year's ago to make the place more customer friendly and easy to navigate. It's big and bright, part of their customer experience guidelines. I really like how everything is timed. If that burger is out waiting to be purchased for a too long of period, it's supposed to be tossed, same with fries and nuggets.. The food is always supposed to be fresh! The team here as I have found in most of these restaurants are customer friendly and observant. They "get it." I mean, if you can't have a smile on your face here, perhaps you should not be part of the chain. They pride themselves on being able to think on their feet and keep people happy. I will be and have been back. I've been a customer here for many many years... read more

You just can't beat this one! So unbeknownst to me, my wife decided to stop at this McDonald's to get some fries at 10:00 pm. Are you ready for this? They told her they ONLY ACCEPT CASH at that hour. NO OTHER MCDONALD'S DOES THIS!!! Only Westbury, Ny. Yeah. Avoid these guys! The staff has a bad attitude, the managers train them badly and they are out of touch with their customers. Remember "Welcome to McDonald's! May I take your order please?" Yeah, that's gone. Now all of the employees act like Miles Davis at one of his concerts. You see their backs and that's it. read more

This review is for this "location" since we should all have a vast knowledge of Mickey D's food by now.....lol Food quality is great. I cant stand old, been sitting out since who knows when fast food, its so disappointing! Food is always very fresh and hot....not warm.....hot like it was just been made. Also, frappes are always made correctly here, at other locations I've had bad frappes, made wrong status! customer service is great, they do get confused sometimes, but they are always quick to fix it. Near lots of great shopping, so it gets kind of packed around dinner and lunch time. Why 4 stars? Well because its still Mickey D's and no one really should be eating this junk! :P read more

Went today for a chicken nugget bundle! Was the only one in the drive thru! Went up to the window, paid, then was asked to move into a spot! Again, no one was behind me! I refused to move! I was given my credit card back and watched the girl put my receipt on the counter in front of the register! Another worker came up behind her, grabbed the receipt, proceeded to throw it out and then come back with my bag! I asked for a receipt! She said, "it's in the bag!" I said no it's not I saw you throw it out! She instantly closed the window and walked away! The original girl that took my payment says me still sitting at the window, she opened the window when I asked for a receipt she said, I put it in the bag! I was like you weren't even the one who gave me my food! She got annoyed, and printed me another one! The girl that gave me my food got all annoyed that I was still sitting at the window messing up their time limits! Do the right thing and maybe it would go in a timely matter read more

There is no saving this place. The people at the counter cannot get your order right. The drive thru window will force you into the parking lot for 20-30 minutes to give you the wrong order, even if all the numbered spots are taken by others who are also doomed to receive far below subpar service. If you're looking for a horrendous and frustrating McDonald's experience, then look no further. If you want a even the slightest chance of decency, RUN don't walk away from this embarrassment of a McDonald's location. read more

Note: Drive thru only As my husband and I continue on our extra hot fudge, hot fudge sundae tour, this McDonald's was the best yet! It's as if they said, "You want extra hot fudge? I'll show you EXTRA hot fudge!" Not only was it picture perfect (see photo), it was the most hot fudge we've seen all tour long! read more

McDonald's - Super clean bathroom with modern baby changing facilities. - Fast Food Near Me - Westbury, New York

The worst McDonald's to ever exist. I stopped by late at night to get some food and decided to change my order at the window. I know this can be inconvenient at times for workers but the customer has the right to change their order. When I asked to change my order, the cashier at the drive thru was extremely hostile and rude towards me. She slammed the window in my face and when I asked to change the size of my drink she literally poured the smaller drink into the bigger cup with no ice. This woman gave horrible customer service and was very disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone go to this location. read more

Got the job done. There were quite a few cars ahead of me in the drive-thru but it moved at a decent speed. I appreciated the good attitude from the employees as most are unbothered or even miserable (understandably with the low pay) read more

I ordered a McNuggets meal on the McD's app and they didn't give us the sauce we ordered, and the fries weren't bad, but they weren't good. The drive-thru was backed up, so I understand that there was a rush, but it's a real mood-killer that the only decent part of the meal is my soda.. read more

I can't help but be slightly mean in this review. Why can't the cretins at the counter take more than one order at a time? Is it so hard? A line backs up because they can only bag one order at a time? Is it stupidity or laziness? Maybe a call to ICE can fix it. read more

Went here for lunch, 3 different people took my order so I'm not sure what was up with that. And surprise surprise, when I got to the window, they gave me the wrong order, WITH THE CORRECT RECEIPT. I asked for an eggMcmuffin with no bacon, and a fudge sundae. They put bacon on the egg Mcmuffin when I explicity asked them not to repeatedly. And the woman who took my order made all sorts of strange accusations, saying that I never went through the drive through, and that I never asked for the sundae, even when I did and it showed up on the reciept.. They made me wait for 10 minutes off to the side.... horrible experience. avoid this place at all costs. deeply unprofessional. read more

How can I separate this McDonalds from a group so large? Answer is management, customer service, hospitality, pettiness, no self drink dispenser and uncomfortable seating. There should be some type of managererial training on a corporate level on how a franchise can treat customers on a company this large, even a a fast food place. This one needs some employee replacement. Undercover Boss would have a memorable episode. Restaurant Stakeout would fire the manager for driving away customers. I guess she gets paid no mater what. Maybe a family member who can't get fired. A McDonalds franchise must cost a fortune and is problably reputation proof. My advice .. Just go down the road to the next one and it will not be as bad. On a tour of the Culinary Institute of America I was told that one of the most important aspects of a restaurant was consistancy and the standard that use for this is McDonalds. When you go you know what to expect every time. This is the exception: 1. Uncomfortable seating. Tiny hard chairs and stools. 2. No self serve drink dispenser or napkin, ketchup, straw, lid holders. 3. Had a problem with a sandwich and was interrogated about which ingredient had a moldy taste (bread meat pickle?). 4. Challenged about how much had been consumed before asking for replacement? 5. Threatened to call police when trying to document rude treatment by assistant manger by recording on my phone. I am not saying you will get poisened or anything. but your patronage is NOT appreciated by the mangement. The rest of the staff seemed very nice. I submitted a complaint on McDonalds website and got a call from a really skilled and caring supervisor who will allow a replacement meal at another restaurant. I told him I will not return to this location. Go to Popeyes next door. They care about their customers. One Star is generous. If I could give less I would. read more

Normally I would not bother to write a review for a fast food chain unless it's on either end of the spectrum. This review is not for the food but the impeccable service. I'm not sure why this branch is rated so poorly, but this serves as a paragon of how customer service for all restaurants, fast food or otherwise would be. I decided to eat in after the gym, and I was told to be seated as someone brought out the food to me. Furthermore I was constantly checked on to see if everything was ok or needed improvement. Employees here do not seem miserable as they would be any other fast food chain. Before I get attacked for this high rated review, duly note that this is McDonald's so don't expect gourmet quality food read more

This McDonald's is nicer than most. Recently renovated, has touchscreen kiosks and comfortable seating. Even though it's mostly a drive through location, on Old Country Road. read more

DO NOT GO HERE this McDonald's is extremely dysfunctional I ordered off the app with their new curbside service .. I arrived at McDonald's to find out I had to wait on drive through line and tell them my order ... after waiting online for 10 minutes I left the line and went inside inside was a mad house the manager re rings all of my things up then tells me the price ... as if I hadn't told him I paid through the app... I then check my card to find out I was charged TWO times .. I told the manager he told me to call my bank ... ridiculous i then waited an additional 20 minutes for a small order .. you've been warned do not go here read more

I have never heard of McDonals's not having biscuits and gravy and a big deluxe breakfast before, they were not out, they don't even offer it. A new cashier on the register that was hard to her because she talked so quite. Terrible McD. My daughters' McGriddle is very dry, wife's egg McMuffin is burnt and my burrito is ice cold. The restaurant is dirty and tables not wiped off. I know it is fast food restaurant and McDonald's but this is stupid. read more

woo first to review a mcdonalds. awesome. the only reason im reviewing this is.. if youre ever in the exciting town of hicksville, new york and want to hang out with some senior citizens.. come here! they love hanging out here and drinking coffee. plus theres one older guy that i think works there, but he just wanders around.. wipes things off.. random odds and ends stuff. but he's nice and will find a newspaper for you if you're eating alone on your lunch break. 3 stars? nahhh i'll give it 4 just for that old guy that wipes the tables. read more

Well, this is one of the exceptionally clean McDonalds around popular areas. They serve fresh and hot food and fresh and cold drinks that taste just perfect to meet anyone's taste buds. The managers and staffs are very friendly and exceptionally giving and nice. Also, their Apple Pies are just the best I've tasted from any McDonalds, not hot like you can't eat it, not cold like it has been cooked yesterday but perfect heat and ready to eat when you buy it. I would have to give a 5 Star since 4 Stars may just be too less. read more

New format new layout just doesn't work; go back to traditional multi register layout and hire more people. Don't need table service - is McDonald's no longer practicing "fast food" ? The decor and interior is antiseptic, the giant black wording on the walls reminds me of the subliminal messages in "They Live" (somebody hand me a pair of sunglasses, I'm all out of bubble gum). Kiosks to place an order? Really? Again, technology is not always the answer and certainly doesn't replace the traditional employees with the "welcome to McDonald's" greeting. Epic fail McD's, I'll be visiting 5 guys down the block... read more
