No issues here on a Saturday morning. Orders were correct. Food was fine and I didn't have to wait long. Inside is clean. Hashbrown was a bit greasier than usual. I like the seating and one area that has couch-like seating. read more

West Union McDonald's placed order thru curb side pick-up. Employee came out with order; she forgot the diet coke and small ice cream in a cup. Employee came Back out with the diet coke; but still forgot the ice cream. Had two (2) quarter pounders (special order) ONLY mustard. Got home my special orders had ONLY Ketchup on both..... I go here very regularly. The customer service is top notch!!! The drive thru young lady is super chipper and kind. She will get 10 from me. Management is also amazing. I had finished my meal and was just wasting time and the manager came up and took my tray even though I told her I could get it. She said "enjoy your time here I got this" I have never had any complaints about the West Union McDonald's until this morning. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a McGriddle. The biscuits were so small that it was nowhere near close to covering the chicken. Ended up throwing the biscuits out. Now that was the fault of the kitchen. I usually switch up times but I've gotten pretty rude people at the drive thru at night about 10:30. Greeted with "go 'head" instead of "how may I take your order" no smile at window, no politeness, no "have a good night". Plus the woman tonight had my order wrong and I had to repeat it three times because she wasn't paying attention to me her excuse was "someone is talking to me". The service in the mornings are way better than my experiences at night or I would give this establishment 1 star. I love McD's but I have started to hate their prices. Yeah they have a $1, $2, $3 dollar menu but what a pain in the butt to find what price food you want to pay for and have to figure it up in your head for a drink, fries, and burger. Why can't they just have decent prices on combos and forget all the other stuff. A burger, fry and coke should not cost almost 7 bucks. Also their app is worthless, the only thing they want to do is give a deal on a McCafe. Burger King and Wendy's run great specials I can get two Whoppers, 2 fries and 2 drinks at Burger King for $8.99 and at Wendys 2 complete Daves Deals for $10. I am not going to spend almost $14 dollars for 2 meals at McD's. Sorry, run some decent specials and get rid of the 1,2,3 dollar meals By the way McD's, when you do have a special like you are running now for $6. why not put it in the window so people see it when they walk in, not taped to the counter where you can see it after you have ordered!! read more

Too bad there aren't negative stars. I ordered a mcmuffin with sausage. Got pulled up so they could cheat their transaction counter. Waited 15 minutes while car after car sailed past. You're going to tell me that nothing they sold in those 15 minutes had sausage, egg, or cheese in it. How stupid do you have to be to need 15 minutes to cook sausage or egg? They were lazy. I was very disappointed this morning. I go to this McDonalds all the time. This morning we ordered two of the breakfast burrito meals. The hash browns were fine and the coffee was good. The burritos had been microwaved and they were hard and the cheese was orange and stuck to the paper, they were inedible. I took them back to the drive thru and was told the reason they were hard is they pre make them at 4:30 in the morning and re heat them in the microwave during breakfast. I got mine at 8:30 approximately so they were 4 hours old. To keep from getting the same old burritos I asked to get two mcmuffins instead. The guy said ok, well the manager saw what he was doing and had enough nerve to charge me an additional $1.04. Not only did they give me old food which I had to bring back, they charged me for giving me the old food. REally?? that is how you reward loyal customers. I was amazed and I expressed my displeasure with the manager. All she could say was sorry about that and walked away. I intend on no going here again. Way to lose customers. read more
