Not bad! I go here sometimes and I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. The food is great, I don't usually go inside so I'm unsure about the ambiance. The service is okay, not the best but not the worst. Got my food in a timely manner. Overall 4/5 stars. read more

Worst! Drive through sent me to wait in the #1 waiting space. I then watch people after me get served for 15 minutes. They forgot me. My breakfast was cold as a result. I had to demand refund for the coffee. Horrible! Miserable treatment. read more

Service is SUPER slow here. Open 24 hours but they only have 1-2 people working here who take 10 minutes to make 1 cheese burger. Yall need to hire more people or this place is going to shut down and turn into a Taco bell or something better read more

So I ordered a Doordash delivery to This location. The order went through and I receive a call from the Doordash driver. He said that the McDonald's location told him they weren't serving food anymore because they "ran out of food". They apparently decided they weren't going to work anymore as they were also turning other cars away. It's pretty obvious that the workers just didn't want to work. It's this type of service and attitudes that give the McDonald's company a bad name. I hope they don't pay their employees for the night as they decided they don't want to work. read more

Order was completely wrong and took 45mins. One of the burger buns was bitten into, twice. The mcdoubles had no ketchup on them, super dry. Sad face, waited 45mins for an incorrect order. There were 5 people "working" just standing around with a line or cars wrapped around the building. read more

This place is horrible.. they mess up my order 3 out of 4 times! Imagine telling yourself you are late and don't need to be eating McDonald's for breakfast... u go and they get ur whole sandwich wrong! To top it off... don't bother calling they don't answer.. no receipt was given to me! Smart move on their part because this review would of went to McDonald's headquarters! read more

Worst McDonalds of my life. I know I shouldn't expect much from a fast food chain, but it was so bad I had to write this. The staff is HORRIBLY and unapologetically rude. The food was very stale and cold, almost unpalatable. I waited in like for a full 15 minutes lol, fast food. It wasn't even a long line, just severely inefficient. Drive to a different one. read more

Terrible Service. Came here twice with my husband. Online ordered, went to drive through and they say "it's not on the system" ordered to right location as well. Didn't even remake it when we showed we payed. Employee got her manager, and she was incredibly unhelpful as well. I'm not a mean person, but i told them to have a terrible night. Will NEVER come to this location again. Would give -20000 Stars if i could read more

Extremely rude and load screaming manager, very obnoxious and 20+ minute wait for 2 mcsausages made this visit the 1st and last. Go to any competitor instead and skip this stupidly run location. The staff under this unprofessional were friendly and accommodating and lovely. When I Waited so long and asked for the order to be checked on the manager gave a lot of attitude. Other people were waiting maybe 10 minutes tops and received large fries for the wait. I then asked if (since I waited 2x as long - and mind you in a normal tone although I was already in a bad mood) the manager rolled her eyes, gave me a sassy look and very obviously filled the fries half full and threw them down for me. I thanked her. She then went back to squawking at her staff and undoubtably causing me premature hearing loss. Wtf is wrong with them? read more

One thing you can't teach is good customer service, and if that's what your expecting, especially when your spending your money there then don't go here. They all act like they hate their jobs. Go with 0 expectations! Miserable people. Someone else needs a job, and if you don't want to work then QUIT! read more

We had called in advance to order chicken biscuits and sausage egg McMuffins for 7/11/22 and only got biscuits with eggs and sausage and no cheese on anything. This was for a business meeting. The person had to wait 45 minutes for incomplete sandwiches so use another McDonald's!! Customer service is lacking. read more

The drive-thru always takes 10-15 minutes and they don't even accept credit or debit cards half the time. The food quality is what you'd expect from a McDonalds. The service and speed simply sucks. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. I've just had the worst dining experience of my life at this spot. I ordered for curbside pick up and waited 20 mins before knocking on the front door only to be pointed towards drive thru. The manager, a stout black woman never even opened the door. 20 minutes later I finally get my food without speaking a word so they knew my order was for curbside and never brought it out to me. Why was it an option if they aren't doing it, I'm so pissed. read more

I would give negative 5 if I could, the first thing I noticed was how rude the lady over the intercom was, I was greeted with the worst customer service I've ever had makes me not even wanna eat my food not to mention I'm waiting over 25 minutes in a FAST FOOD line. read more

A door dash driver was being harassed by an employee about a missing number and was refusing to give the order despite the door dash employee showing proof of the order. The red haired female employee then tried to grab the door dash employee phone from her and began accusing her of lying and trying to steal good and for everyone to look at her face in case another door dash driver comes in looking for the order. Door dash driver even called door dash to verify and have door dash call the restaurant to confirm and the McDonald's employees refused to answer the phone. I walked out and went to burger King and I will NEVER give this restaurant business again. I live in river bridge and it's convenient but I'll drive out of my way for better service. read more

They forgot my 3 large fries, sauces and I ordered a McDouble no onions ... they give me a wrapper that says "no onions" not only does it not have pickles... ITS FULL OF ONIONS. And they want $15/hour. LOL read more

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I literally downloaded yelp to write this review. And I'm not basing this of one bad experience like most reviewers do. Multiple times I had to deal with cashiers that are rude and disrespectful. One time I wanted to ask for extra bbq sauce so I went up to the counter and asked and not 1 but 3 workers all looked me dead in the eye for about 2 seconds and kept working. Afterwards my cousin asked for some and they never even looked at her. Another incident was when I was ordering food and I saw a cockroach crawl over the cashier counter and we left because that's so nasty and unsanitary. I do not recommend this place no matter how close it is to my house. DISGUSTANG read more

Slowest McDonald's Avoid at all cost. Please get help. I waited one hour and still got the wrong items in my bag . Worker had a attitude

Got food poisoning from this place... Be careful It seems that they are not cooking the food all the way... Or maybe contamination in the food. read more

Now where do I start. I've been coming to this McDonald's as I live near the location. But I've always had the same issue on a seemingly easy order: 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickles and no onions. even though they have the common sense to charge me correctly, they do not have the capability to do so. I anyways wind up with 2 cheeseburgers (no bacon) with pickles and onions. Which is always an issue. I had to drive back to fix this this time, time before that I had to wait an hour as they kept remaking the order with a manager that was there that couldn't be involved. Disappointing and not worth the hassle read more

This place sucks and the employees are really rude the lady that handed me my food didn't even want to open the window which happened twice because first of all didn't even give me the milkshake I asked for and when I finally got it gave me the wrong one when I had just said strawberry and she just simply said she thinks there is no strawberries left and also gave me the wrong size, but when I get home and I see my food there are pickles and tomatoes on my mcchicken and same thing on the other one which I asked especially with no Mayo because I'm allergic and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way l read more

Had a great experience, orders were completed in a timely manner which accompanied by great customer service from Gabriel.

I was better off going home hungry than waiting for the 20 mins I waited for, for just a 10 pc Nugget

I just left the drive-thru and after this experience I have decided that McDonalds does not need customers. I will be going to our mom and Pop restaurants in the area. Every time I go to this location I never get my order correct the first time. This time I placed my order - two number 2s with large sweet teas. I get to the window after paying (which I did not receive my receipt) to find that I only got 2 quarter pounders and two sweet teas. I explained what I ordered to the girl at the window and asked if I could pay for two orders of fries. She stated that I had to drive back through and place a new order. I would understand this if their were cars behind me in line but I was the last car in line. read more

I dont mean to be mean but the fat spanish lady at the drive thru is so horrible. I rarely ever go back because of her she's super rude and after years I come back and shes still there with her same attitude. I dont know why she hadnt got fired yet. This place would get higher stars if they got better & friendlier staff. Sucks that its the closest one to my house & have to drive to a farther one so I get better food & service. read more

Friendly staff, very clean and nicely decorated. Staff made a wrong size Frappe drink and the manager offered it to me at n/c instead of throwing it out. That is great customer service! read more

Worst service and staff... Waited in the first drive through lane to order for 15 minutes. The second line was empty. 5 cars pulled up and were serviced and left with their food in the second line while I sat waiting!!!! The girl taking payments was rude. Worst customer service. Why have 2 lanes if you're only going to take orders from one lane and make everyone else who was there well before them sit there?! read more

Disgusting. How about taking a little pride in your restaurant and CLEAN! The entry doors look like 100 children pawed at the glass, the bathroom looks like a mud fight took place, and the countertops are covered in filth. Just gross read more

This is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to! every time I have been my order was wrong! They hand me my drink and it looked like it was dropped and they just picked it up put the lid on it again and handed it to me half full with coke dripping down the cup! I give it another try cause I work right there. They get it wrong again and also hand me a half full cup of coffee ! Third and last time I ever go.. they get my order correct finally with the exception of the EGG SHELLS that were mixed in my egg McMuffin!! Don't bother to talk to anyone there they don't care!! Worst McDonalds in Greenacres Fl . No respect towards individuals and a huge lack of customer service skills . If your going to try the drive thru after 9:00 PM don't waste your time . Food is always stale and old . Fries are never fresh and lines are always long lack to training or wrong orders being placed . Will never go to this McDonalds again and based on the reviews I've seen i noticed Im not the only one that feels this way . Should be closed down and hire new staff to improve the work environment. read more

I went to the drive thru last night 10/26/14 at 12:45am and waited a long time in one of the 2 drive thru lanes barely moving. When I finally got my turn to order nobody came on the speaker after the pre-recorded message to ask me what I wanted. I waited a while while watching multiple cars in the other inside drive thru lane ordered and pulled up. I finally gave up since I was the only car in my lane with no cars behind me but still a line of cars in the inside lane to just pull up and place my order at the window face to face. I did and now stuck without a way to get out of line due to cars in front and behind me waited between 5 and 10 more minutes to get to the drive thru window. Now it was 1:00am and I placed my order at the window. The employee gives me my drink and then a bag and says thank you have a good night. I checked the bag and it was missing a Quarter Pounder with cheese and a fries. I advised the employee and she asked me for the bag back. Soon after she hands me the bag again and says thank you have a good night. Again I check the bag and it is still missing the fries. I advised the employee and she got a second bag containing just the fries and handed it to me. I drove home and tried my regular Coke and it was a Dr Pepper. This is a WBF owned McDonalds and I find that although they own a lot of locations in Palm Beach County that the service quality at their location SUCKS ASS. You can find their locations at the WBF Management web site. read more

Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru, either mixed up order or missing items. it never fails that everytime i order nuggets that they will skip the sauce regardless of who handles your drive thru orders. It must have been management protocol not to hand this precious sauce out unless you personally look into the bag and ask for it. read more

The service here is horrible. I ordered a big mac and the meat was cold and the fries were old. I regret coming here.

This place is the WORST McDonald's ever the service is terrible!!!!! The employees don't even care and you can tell. Don't even bother coming here past 9 you will wait in drive thru for at least 20 minutes... I just left this McDonald's because I waited in drive thru to order for 15 minutes no one answered and I drove up and they stared at me and didn't even tell me why they were not answering or what was wrong. Every time I arrived at that McDonald's location, the Frappe, Oreo Mcflurry machine never works. On June 21 2018 I arrived at the drive thru and ordered a Oreo Mcflurry and to my surprise the employee that was speaking via the Audio machine told me my total and ask me to proceed to the next window, after waiting for about 10 minutes I finally arrived at the next window and the employee at the window told me that the machine is broken. I was frustrated and pulled up to the 3rd window and ask the first employee I saw why the other employee had me wait me in line instead of just telling me that the machine was broken as usual. The employee responded and said that he was not the one who took my order . I asked "what do you mean by that and the guy simply said that he is not getting paid enough for this bs. I demanded to speak with a manager and when the manager came out I explained the situation and told her what the employee had said and the Manager was just looking at me like she does not know what to do and the Manager never once open her mouth and said d anything. Very unprofessional service and unprofessional and rude staff. The manager does not know how to do her job and is not qualified for that position. I will never go back to that location. read more
