So I ordered a Doordash delivery to This location. The order went through and I receive a call from the Doordash driver. He said that the McDonald's location told him they weren't serving food anymore because they "ran out of food". They apparently decided they weren't going to work anymore as they were also turning other cars away. It's pretty obvious that the workers just didn't want to work. It's this type of service and attitudes that give the McDonald's company a bad name. I hope they don't pay their employees for the night as they decided they don't want to work. read more

Extremely rude and load screaming manager, very obnoxious and 20+ minute wait for 2 mcsausages made this visit the 1st and last. Go to any competitor instead and skip this stupidly run location. The staff under this unprofessional were friendly and accommodating and lovely. When I Waited so long and asked for the order to be checked on the manager gave a lot of attitude. Other people were waiting maybe 10 minutes tops and received large fries for the wait. We had called in advance to order chicken biscuits and sausage egg McMuffins for 7/11/22 and only got biscuits with eggs and sausage and no cheese on anything. This was for a business meeting. Avoid this location at all costs. I've just had the worst dining experience of my life at this spot. I ordered for curbside pick up and waited 20 mins before knocking on the front door only to be pointed towards drive thru. The manager, a stout black woman never even opened the door. 20 minutes later I finally get my food without speaking a word so they knew my order was for curbside and never brought it out to me. A door dash driver was being harassed by an employee about a missing number and was refusing to give the order despite the door dash employee showing proof of the order. The red haired female employee then tried to grab the door dash employee phone from her and began accusing her of lying and trying to steal good and for everyone to look at her face in case another door dash driver comes in looking for the order. Door dash driver even called door dash to verify and have door dash call the restaurant to confirm and the McDonald's employees refused to answer the phone. This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I literally downloaded yelp to write this review. And I'm not basing this of one bad experience like most reviewers do. Multiple times I had to deal with cashiers that are rude and disrespectful. One time I wanted to ask for extra bbq sauce so I went up to the counter and asked and not 1 but 3 workers all looked me dead in the eye for about 2 seconds and kept working. Afterwards my cousin asked for some and they never even looked at her. Another incident was when I was ordering food and I saw a cockroach crawl over the cashier counter and we left because that's so nasty and unsanitary. Now where do I start. I've been coming to this McDonald's as I live near the location. But I've always had the same issue on a seemingly easy order: 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickles and no onions. even though they have the common sense to charge me correctly, they do not have the capability to do so. I anyways wind up with 2 cheeseburgers (no bacon) with pickles and onions. Which is always an issue. I had to drive back to fix this this time, time before that I had to wait an hour as they kept remaking the order with a manager that was there that couldn't be involved. I just left the drive-thru and after this experience I have decided that McDonalds does not need customers. I will be going to our mom and Pop restaurants in the area. Every time I go to this location I never get my order correct the first time. This time I placed my order - two number 2s with large sweet teas. I get to the window after paying (which I did not receive my receipt) to find that I only got 2 quarter pounders and two sweet teas. I explained what I ordered to the girl at the window and asked if I could pay for two orders of fries. She stated that I had to drive back through and place a new order. This is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to! every time I have been my order was wrong! They hand me my drink and it looked like it was dropped and they just picked it up put the lid on it again and handed it to me half full with coke dripping down the cup! Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru, either mixed up order or missing items. it never fails that everytime i order nuggets that they will skip the sauce regardless of who handles your drive thru orders. It must have been management protocol not to hand this precious sauce out unless you personally look into the bag and ask for it. read more

I went to the drive thru last night 10/26/14 at 12:45am and waited a long time in one of the 2 drive thru lanes barely moving. When I finally got my turn to order nobody came on the speaker after the pre-recorded message to ask me what I wanted. I waited a while while watching multiple cars in the other inside drive thru lane ordered and pulled up. I finally gave up since I was the only car in my lane with no cars behind me but still a line of cars in the inside lane to just pull up and place my order at the window face to face. I did and now stuck without a way to get out of line due to cars in front and behind me waited between 5 and 10 more minutes to get to the drive thru window. Now it was 1:00am and I placed my order at the window. The employee gives me my drink and then a bag and says thank you have a good night. I checked the bag and it was missing a Quarter Pounder with cheese and a fries. I advised the employee and she asked me for the bag back. Soon after she hands me the bag again and says thank you have a good night. Again I check the bag and it is still missing the fries. I advised the employee and she got a second bag containing just the fries and handed it to me. I drove home and tried my regular Coke and it was a Dr Pepper. This is a WBF owned McDonalds and I find that although they own a lot of locations in Palm Beach County that the service quality at their location SUCKS ASS. Every time I arrived at that McDonald's location, the Frappe, Oreo Mcflurry machine never works. On June 21 2018 I arrived at the drive thru and ordered a Oreo Mcflurry and to my surprise the employee that was speaking via the Audio machine told me my total and ask me to proceed to the next window, after waiting for about 10 minutes I finally arrived at the next window and the employee at the window told me that the machine is broken. I was frustrated and pulled up to the 3rd window and ask the first employee I saw why the other employee had me wait me in line instead of just telling me that the machine was broken as usual. The employee responded and said that he was not the one who took my order . I asked "what do you mean by that and the guy simply said that he is not getting paid enough for this bs. I demanded to speak with a manager and when the manager came out I explained the situation and told her what the employee had said and the Manager was just looking at me like she does not know what to do and the Manager never once open her mouth and said d anything. Very unprofessional service and unprofessional and rude staff. The manager does not know how to do her job and is not qualified for that position. I will never go back to that location. read more
