I've spent many a Sunday mornings at this location and turned into the drive thru too many times to count. I blame the pistachio latte and spicy strawberry açaí lemonades for my new obsession. I used to only drink fraps from Starbies but that's has gone out the window. I'm low key irritated the pistachio latte is seasonal!!! I'm more than irritated, I'm madddddd! It's good though cause that thing had me in a chokehold! So good!!!! I also get extra chili spice blend with my açaí and all those ppl coughing and shxt on TikTo, woman/man up!!!! lol The service here is typical, nothing outstanding but have not had any negative interactions either. I've witnessed some hard workers putting out drinks when I'm inside on Sundays and it gets super busy. Never had an issue getting the refills which I always get on Sundays because SB is expensive as hell and if I'm not in a rush and just relaxing, why not spend some extra time there and get more bang for my buck! read more

Order was wrong, things EVERY Starbucks does, they won't, AND when I went to hit No tip for the way they were treating me and the fact they got my whole order wrong, the rude window girl moved the keypad so it hit the tip. I didn't want to and she knew what she was doing. What was I going to do? Ask her to refund the tip and wrong drink while I needed to get to work? No. I just left. Go to the one in Rosemary instead. R.U.D.E!!! Is what comes to mind when discussing this Starbucks. Upon ordering I got no acknowledgment the order went through. When my order came out it was wrong. The barista began to argue that I told them the wrong thing. After an eye roll and a verbal exchange she was going to charge me 60 cents for my "upgraded" iced tea. I began to argue ( on principle only) that they got my order wrong they should fix it. The barista who took my order chimed in and with no problem admitted she half listened and didn't give me the 2nd half of the order. One of my drinks spilled... in my new car!!! And my personal drink wasn't made right. I had to go back after dropping off the other drinks and cleaning the spilled drink from my car. When I asked nicely but pointing out that your drinks are not cheap. I got an attitude. Well, the least you could do is not give us an attitude and give us what we ordered. I went inside this morning (Thursday) around 7:40AM to get two drinks. It was my birthday so I used a free drink coupon. They were very quick and my drink tasted like a cookie milkshake. It was so sweet and delish! I wish I could taste more pistachio but the coffee flavor is overpowering. I for sure wanna order the pistachio Frappuccino again. I really enjoy the employee enthusiasm at this location whenever I stop here for a quick drink prior to heading into Miami (Interstate 95 is a stone throw away). The product is consistent in quality taste & reasonably price, and I haven't been disappointed in discovering that my order preferences have been recently sold out, or not ordered at all. If I had one complaint, its of the parking lot. Tighter than sh*t! Honestly, do I have to park in another area of the lot that belongs to another business? I had to do this TWICE now, and I was so glad that the good folks next door at AT&T were cool about it. The lot extends further toward another business, yet I wasn't taking a chance in possibly getting towed. Nonetheless, its not the fault of the employees for having a crap lot. The COVID markings were not very clear and this girl working got so annoyed at us and another couple for not standing in the circles in the corner while we waited for our drinks & food. Few days ago, we order 2 small cafe latté inside the store located at 1870 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Both cafe latté where too milky and did not have any coffee flavor at all. I approach with the concern the attendant who just made the cafe lattés; but she said that if I want more coffee we should purchase and extra shot of coffee. My husband and I, explain that the cafe lattés were probably made wrong this time or that maybe she forgot to add the coffee shots; because we only have hot milk in our cups. Still, she refused to do something about it and because we were running late for work we left the store with two hot cup of milk. Is very disappointed that the attendant would not even look at the cafe latté cups to make sure we were telling her the true. No wonder why Starbucks profitability is going down. read more

Their bread n butter is the drive thru. So if you go inside, service is not as quick. Its 3 to 1. Three people servicing the window, 1 inside. With only 2 customers in front of me, it wasn't too long of a wait. No raw sugar at cream station. Had to get from counter. The dark roast was very earthy and made my morning better. Seriously annoyed right now. I went through the drive thru because it's convenient and ordered a tall green tea latte with whipped cream and the matcha on top which I think comes with it anyways but I just wanted to verify. This is what I got. There should be a dark green layer on top and whip. I'm pretty sure it didn't melt because it wasn't as hot as I've gotten before (to where it even feels hot through the cup holding it) and my drive home was only 5 minutes. Last time I came here I ordered an egg and cheese protein box but the cheese wasn't in the box... I'm sure it's not their fault as they probably just receive whatever they get from a truck but this is starting to be my least favorite store. I would say overall this is a great Starbucks. They always remember me and my order when I come in. It is a very busy Starbucks as it's just off the interstate on Okeechobee, so I'll give them a little slack for that. On a few occasions, I've heard employees express their emotions about a rude customer. Never in a manner in which they were rude back to the customer. Just as a customer I've overheard a few things that customers shouldn't hear. That's really my only gripe. Everything else has been good here. read more

Paid for a venti with an extra shot and basically got a grande in a venti cup. Last couple visits had meh coffees too. I get the same thing every time and it's like every time I get more disappointed lol. I like Starbucks but this particular store needs to get it together with the coffee making skills. Even though the place is very busy they are normally fully staffed for business. Taking your order to go is pretty quick. If you decide to sit in the dining area, it is really well maintained. I have always had pleasant experiences at this Starbucks location but only recently have I actually been wowed by their service. The last three times I've come to the Starbucks drive-through I was greeted by Ian who is probably the most kind and genuine sounding person I've met in the customer service field. Literally I have never actually had a conversation with him but he greets everyone so kindly and has such a beautiful and inspiring personality that it's hard not to leave the drive-through with a smile on your face. There have been plenty of times where I have been pretty down and ended up at Starbucks to get a treat and he totally lifted my spirits. sometimes a great personality can really make the difference! I found this Starbucks to be unique in that it has a large patio seating area. The outdoor patio is located at the entrance of the store and the benches are lined with pillows. This location also has a drive thru which is very convenient. As I walked in wanting something refreshing I noticed they had my favorite Naked juice stocked. Score!
