Went through the drive thru Wednesday night. Lady came on and told me they were only serving chicken nuggets and fires. I asked if they were out of everything else. We doordashed this last night and it was literally the best Mcdonald's food I had ever tasted. This location gets hated on, but it is the best Mickey Dees in town. I got a big mac and everything was on there perfect and my husband got a double quarter pounder. We were really impressed! I am literally writing this waiting for the coffee I have already paid for. It is 8am, and I have "pulled" forward to get my coffee. During the morning rush. It has been 15 minutes, and everyone behind me has coffee. The woman in the car behind me who ordered 6 coffees was served before me. The manager was polite, but did little to remedy the situation. Every time I come here the food is rarely ever hot. The burger is almost never on the bun. The rush and get the orders wrong and then on top of that they are almost always rude. First of all when we pulled up the employees were having a great time and not working. Got to the speaker and they were rude and going to ignore us. I kept saying hello and they finally answered saying they were closed. Closed? It's a 24/7 drive thru, so why are they closed? We asked for Alex's phone number (one of the owners) and all of a sudden another girl came on the speaker and wanted to take our order, with an attitude. Gabby (the district manager and the manager on duty) would not come to the window so they sent a short black guy with a "Kobe" pullover to the window trying to act gangsta, laughing and smiling while drinking his coffee. We get to the next window and Mr Gangsta opens the window and stares at us say what ya gonna do? We, as paying customers, should NOT have to deal with an experience like this but it happens often. Many people complain but it never does any good. But to top it all off, Gabby (the district manager) was hiding behind Mr Gangsta. To be honest it was a racial issue which is a regular thing from this store. If the owners and managers can't do any better, then the stores should be shut down. The issue will soon become a one with the city. Many many many people have complained and they simply do not care. I was in line as was several other cars awaiting my turn to drive to the speaker. I watched the person in front of me place their order, get their total and drive around. I pulled up and sat there for a couple of minutes as the other cars in front just kept on as if getting the money taken and so on. I said hello a couple of times. After no response I drove to the window. The manager who identified himself as Terry, says they are closed. I looked at the time (11:38pm) and asked what time they closed. Terry says midnight. I tell him it's 11:38. He says their computer says 11:40 and they start shutting down at that time and usually would turn the lights off. I repeated that he says they close at midnight of which neither of our clocks said. He just stood there repeating they are closed and he wishes he could let me order but they don't even have the food for my order (that I hadn't placed) and couldn't give it if he wanted to but would give it free if he could. I had been telling my sister I noticed they closed at odd times though listed close time is midnight. Now that we know what they are doing, know that this is the worse place to get your food. Terry couldn't make sense of the time difference of close time versus being 20 minutes from then. Such a HORRIBLE LOCATION!! I'd NEVER recommend this place! Save your money and your time. read more

Where to fucking begin with this place... ok so first off I can only assume that everyone in that McDonalds was high as pterodactyl pussy, because my whole order was jacked up. I asked for 2 meals and chicken nuggets. I said surprise me with with the sauces because I was tired and really didn't care. We had just driven 12 hours... so yeah... anyway. They surprised me alright. By not putting ANY SAUCE in the bag. But wait there's more. Upon asking for sauces at the door my wife yells out the window "we don't have any straws for our drinks". To which they replied by giving two people 10 straws. So there's that too. The real kicker is that when we finally got what we were asking for it was basically thrown at us by this swamp troll of a manager. One employee outside was joking with me outside about it so I just laughed it off and went on my merry way. However when we finally get settled in the hotel we realized that they didn't even give us fries.... seriously y'all. What kind of shit show are you running over there? I don't expect a high bar of service from fast food joints, but this kind of fuckery was deliberate. Or they had just passed the bong and now everyone was trying to relearn life. They are usually quiet slow even inside. If you go through the drive thru expect it to take a minimum of 15 min. At 6 am I've waited over 30 min. Employees are generally ok but there are a couple that are moody & rude. read more

The drive thru most have not quality checked my order, I mean I can't be super mad I didn't get that many fries or ketchups. I guess the fries weren't that full before they put it in the bag. I realize they probably prioritize the burgers, but fries are my comfort food when I'm traveling. I always specify I'd like a handful of ketchups. Like I said, not super upset, just disappointed. I stopped in yesterday at the start of day two of a long road trip, and a woman there helped make my day awesome by getting me the perfect latte. I can't intake sugar so I asked for a regular latte, no flavoring. When the woman making the latte had it almost ready she asked if I wanted any Splenda to sweeten it. I absolutely did, which was great because I didn't know they had that behind the counter! But she didn't stop there - she let me taste it to see if it was sweet enough, happy to add more if I wanted it. That to me was above and beyond service on her part. service was absolutely horrendous . it was immediately bad when the woman over the speaker had an attitude . when we pulled up to the first window , no one was there so we moved forward . we ended up having to go back to the window to pay and the woman there made it so difficult to get our order straight when no one was behind us ! after we checked our food , they forgot to add our sauces so we had to ask for it . the guy at the window said we can't get sauce unless it says it on the receipt . we got two nugget meals . nuggets come with sauce dumbass . once we found the receipt , he was still reluctant to give us sauce !! we finally got two out of him and we still needed two more ! the manager had to come and give sauces because i guess there's a sauce shortage now ? she said nothing and shut the window in our faces . worst service i have ever encountered . safe to say we got our sauces tho ! read more
