The second call connected me to Michelle, who claimed to be the manager. What happened next was shocking: * She yelled over me the moment I began explaining the issue. * Repeatedly insisted it was a "DoorDash problem," refusing to take any responsibility. * Told me to "shut my mouth" before hanging up. * Refused to answer any further calls. The most flavorful vegetable on the sandwich was the stupid lettuce! I know my son used to eat there frequently, so I asked him about his sandwich, and he said his food was tasteless, and only had vinaigrette on it. He feels the quality has greatly declined in the last few years. We both have decided it wasn't worth $24 for 2 regular lackluster sandwiches.
