Great service always. Went here the other day and the food was hot and fresh! I swear the chicken nuggets taste different. Very nice large McDonalds so you don't feel on top of one another. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an on the go meal or for a chill lunch in! read more

Today 6 sep in the morning I went to buy food workers the girls there are not good they want to fight. They don't deal well. I won't go to this restaurant again read more

Extremely rude and they charged us $2.50 for a SMALL CUP of tap water. I would avoid them.

Is it that hard? I ordered a cheese burger and they didn't give me a patty. Thanks for my not-so-grilled cheese, useless creatures. read more

McDonald's - Chicken Big Mac - Fast Food Near Me - West Long Branch, New Jersey

It is a McDonald's and the breakfast menu is the McDonald's breakfast menu. That said I have to discuss the premium customer service I received, in the drivethru at 7:48 am this morning. The young man whom took my credit card was efficient, polite and friendly. The pickup window had a young woman whom smiled broadly even as she was efficiently handing me two bags. I am always well treated at this McDonalds and I appreciate the thoughtful service. The pick up window was feet away from the payment window and they were immediately handing me two bags. One held a steak, egg and cheese on an actually toasted bagel along with ketchup packets. It was hot and obviously fresh. The second bag was a wonderfully packaged "Big" breakfast with pancakes, sausage, scrambled egg, and a fresh, flakey golden brown biscuit. It had a second small bag within it that held plastic silverware, syrup and butter packets. So often employees at other McDonalds don't give you silverware, or condiments much less polite, friendly service. Here it is part of their normal, every day business. I say thank you, to them, for starting my day off right! read more

Do not visit this McDonalds after 11pm. Went a couple times this late and it's disastrous. The late night staff take zero pride in their jobs. The ice cream machine is ALWAYS broke. Tonight even the soda machine was broke. They forgot my fries on an order of only four people. Simple order. Worst of all, couldn't eat my uncooked QP with cheese. Disgusting. read more

Best sandwich I've ever had. This location is worlds apart from the Eatontown location. These people speak English and actually reply to you when you talk to them! It's unfortunate I have to go out of town for mcd because of the Eatontown location and their incompetence. read more

waited in drive thru for 15 mins to get soggy chicken nuggets in a bag with the box thrown on top, the nuggets werent even in the box!

Horrible customer service. My friends and I did the mobile orders. The lady at drive though only let us picked up 2 of them and want us drive around do it again. read more

First time visit Very friendly staff Warm greeting Quick service Quiet Lots of tables read more

I can never get a fresh sandwich at this store. No matter what hour, their buns are stale, and the sandwiches just taste old. I now only go to the McDonald's on Broadway instead. Something about the way this place stores or orders their buns especially, causes the customers to get stale bread. read more

Either someone forgets to turn off the Uber eats and DoorDash tablets or your workers are just completely ignoring them. 2 hour wait before I decided to finally cancel my order. Tried two different delivery apps, same thing. Ended up being to late to eat by the time I realized nobody making my food. read more

worst service ever received! rude servers! stole $10 from my change! refused to sell me what I ordered! crooks!

Now I'm not the kind to post a review on McDonald's but this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Our order took 20 minutes and while it wasn't packed no one was helpful. The employees looked half asleep and moved like sloths. Everyone that was waiting on line was complaining, and when we left I saw how ridiculous the drive thru line was. There was people waiting for an order of small fries for over 15 minutes. When we finally got our order our food was cold & then had to wait for new food was even more ridiculous. Do yourself a huge favor & Skip this McDonald's and go elsewhere. read more

Slightly nicer than average McDonalds remodeled with 50s decor including a display with bowling balls.

This place is 24 hours on the weekends and the line is always long. But the kid who runs the take out window is awesome. The line is to the street and it never seems to take longer than 15-20 minutes. The over night staff deserves a raise! I pick up a bunch of orders nightly and there never seems to be any issues. read more

Pulled up to the window and the gentlemen said the food will be about 5-10 minutes because they need to make everything fresh, after already waiting 20 minutes in line, so cool cool fresh food whatever, should make up for the wait, finally got the food and drove away, went to reach in for a good ol hot fry, the fries were cold as a damn rock and when I got home (5 min away) the nuggets were hard cold and literally the opposite of fresh, as if they were sitting out for 2 days, Literally disgusting, I know it's McDonald's and I haven't had it in 2 years, but still, this is just a fresh reminder why I don't put that poison in my body, But this McDonald's might be the most poorly ran McDonald's I've ever been too read more

Service here went downhill. Heard manager treating employees like garbage over drive through speaker and have experienced rude employees lately. no hello or anything. No thank you. was just stared at for over a minute before I initiated an order inside. Used to come to this location over downtown long branch because of staff and quality. Not anymore. read more

Alright alright. Where do I start with this dump. First off they got rid of the Monmouth deal, so now the burger costs mY left arm and liver. Next, the clowns inside alwayss forget at least 3 things with every order. Sometimes the order takes so long That I have a wife and kids in that time. Some grey hairs accumulated and grew in during that period and my kids got jobs. If you feel like crumpling you're money doWn the drain and eat hockey pucks betwEen the buns, then this is the place for you. read more

Processed my order, then informed me that they had no Canadian bacon for the Egg McMuffins I ordered. Their shake machine was also broken. I asked for an immediate refund. This location only thrives because of its proximity to Monmouth University. Don't bother with this place. read more

giving 4 stars because i have had both the absolute best meals from this location but also the absolute worst before. but if i am being honest the good times do outweigh the bad. this place is honestly pretty good. a lot better than most others. thank you read more

8:00 on a Sunday night -- had to wait at least 10 minutes to order, then even longer to get the food. I ordered eat in, they gave me a bag. I asked for ranch sauce I got nothing. Won't spend any more of my money at this McDonald's location again! The drive thru wait time was so bad that it became a game of "let's see how long it will take to get our food!" 45 minutes! You heard me! 45 minutes! The best part was when I finally approached the window it felt liked I was inconveniencing the worker at the drive thru. Not one "I'm sorry for the wait" or here's an apple pie for waiting patiently. I'm all for $15 an hr for minimum wage but not at this McDonald's read more

Beyond slow at this location. Whether you go inside or go through the drive in be prepared for long waits. Bizarre decor inside as well. Guess it's supposed to be a 50's look but just comes off looking and feeling awkward. Staff never particularly friendly. Order takers barely look at you, much less say hello. Everyone seems to be wandering around in some sort of a daze. It's like Invasion of the Body Snatchers meets McDonald's. If it wasnt for the Monmouth University crowd I think this location would have been out of business years ago. read more

It seems like every time we go to this location the wait gets longer and longer. Well tonight made the last time we go. From start to finish, we waited a total of 47 minutes. You probably want to know why... well, I don't have a legit reason why except that it kind of became a game to see how long we would have to wait. Cars began leaving the line and would zoom out of the parking lot in frustration. As we got closer we'd say, well we've waited this long. Finally we make it to the window. I peered into the window and it looked as if there was only 3 people working. There were customers waiting inside, and a LONG line in the drive thru. The McDonald employee took another several minutes before confirming my order and taking my card for payment.... Can you believe that NOT ONCE did he thank me for waiting or apologize to me for the wait?!?!?!? Maybe he didn't know what to say, but at least acknowledge the fact the we actually waited. All I wanted was for someone to just say 'thank you'. read more

Went through the drive through. The line was long. I ordered and paid for 50 chicken nuggets and only got 30. I even asked the guy at the window if I got what I ordered and he blatantly lied and said "yes there are 25 in each box" read more

I have only stopped at this McDonald's three times in the past two years. I do not like McDonald's in general, but an occasional breakfast sandwich is tolerable. Each of the three times they have messed up a straightforward order. Egg white delight meal, no canadian bacon, small black coffee. Today was the latest mess up as I received my sandwich with canadian bacon and egg no cheese. Is it really that difficult? The tag on the sandwich itself clearly says NO Canadian BCN!! This place needs a new manager or they need to close. read more

You have the easiest jobs in the world yet you still cant do them properly. I order a double cheeseburger. It comes out with a sticker on the paper that says "Double checked for accuracy" i open it up and there is no cheese and on a double CHEESEburger. Morons. And you want $15/h? Hahahahahaha read more

Went there ordered, drove up to the cashier, paid her she didn't say anything to us but to tell us the total, she didn't tell us we need to drive up to the nxt window. Drove up to the window was totally ignored, nobody to say give us a second while we get your order together. Just totally ignored. But that's not the bad part. The first thing that we ordered was the happy meal with the cheeseburger, we got the cheeseburger no happy meal. My mom ordered chicken fingers and fries we got the fries no chicken fingers. Our entire order was messed up. Plus they took forever to bring us our order. Would go back but they need to take of their customers better. read more

NEVER going there again. i have been eating there for years and because of a tight schedule with 2 jobs I end up there 2-5 times a week as it is in route and close to me. Today, I went in, ordered lunch and was refused food as I had a $100 bill, and it was all I had on me. I called a manager from he parking lot and was told even their managers couldn't tell the difference between a real a counterfeit ( sounds like you need better managers ). i suggested they grabbed a counterfeit pen, and they only cost $1.99. Even the cheapest business have them. She told me " You don't understand " as if the pen were to fail, or the employee use it wrong, she is out $100, not $1.99. This is the busiest location in the area and they are cheap, cheap, CHEAP. I always have to purchase 2 large fries in hopes I get one and have been doing it for 2 years now as I have gone inside to ask for them to be filled and was treated as if I was nuisance. If they get the meal wrong, you WILL NOT get new fries, you will be handed back the cold ones that have been sitting as they try to figure out how to make a cheeseburger no cheese...which is a hamburger by the way. They run out of sprite often, and instead of ordering enough to meet the demand they respond with " sprite is a popular drink ". The employees are not only the dumbest I have ever seen...but they are always on their cell phones and treat you as if you are bothering them. I had to go find a different restaurant to go eat at just to get food! Over the years I have given them thousands and regret it. NEVER going back again...but honestly because they are so busy being in a busy town that has a major college they will always make big bank and not care about one customer. Also...I have seen the same manager in the ocean township location that has a similar attitude and policies....the other night i had to wait for THAT VERY SAME MANAGER to finish a conversation about her dogs with another employee before she would even acknowledge me and take my order. STAY AWAY. Also, even at 4 in the morning, you will sit in that drive through for no less than half hour to 40 minutes for a single item. They literally don't care one bit, but hey the owner is rich so why should he/she? They give the entire franchise a bad rep. Went to Wendy's and they had no problem taking my money, they were fast, polite, and the food quality was superior AND THEY FILLED THE FIRES !!!!! No need to buy extra. read more

Went last night, waited 25 minutes in line to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich. Had to wait in the line again, another 30 mins. You think the least they could've done was let me keep the wrong sandwich instead of throwing it away in front of my face. WORST MCDONALDS read more

I like this McDonald's more than other ones in the area. The food is usually good and the people are usually nice. Don't bother asking for anything too custom because some of the people there don't understand the process of something that's not on the menu like ordering a Double Quarter Pounder with all of the topping of a Big Mac (McKinley Mac). I was told they don't sell them. When I told the cashier how to make it, she just looked at me weird and told me it wasn't on the menu. read more
