Travelers drive a little longer, and skip this stop for the quick and grab order. Orange Juice was watered down. Bagels were hard, the oatmeal had not liquid in it, and instead of the diced apples that come with the Order they put apple slices. Basically had to throw most of order and get more orange juice from a gas station nearby repeat just skip it and driver a little longer. read more

I was going to give 3 but that would boost their score. They gave my order to the people in front of me and said the people in front of me decided to be mean and steal my food. They probably were just shoveling food out the window without a care. They made my replacement food pretty quick, but they could of slide me a lil apple pie or an extra sauce packet for the inconvenience. Plus they got my order wrong too -_- read more

The white short haired manager was in there screaming at all the employees, and you could hear it echoing through the entire lobby. She was being so rude and disrespectful to those poor fast food workers. Not only was it in front of a lobby of people, those poor workers do not deserve that. She needs to learn how to manage her anger and not be so sarcastic. There are other ways to constructively criticize. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Weatherford, Oklahoma

There were super friendly and fast. Area appeared clean. We only went in for an iced coffee to sustain us the ready of our road trip and it did the trick. Coffee, milk, little bit of sugar...set to go! One thing I thought was cool was I learned the Astronaut Lt. General Thomas P Stafford is from here and went on several Gemeni and Apollo missions. They educated you about him with a memorial wall at the drink station. Never seen this at a McDonald's before. Great way to recognize a local hero and bring awareness. read more

Drive through line was wrapped 80% around the building, at 7:30 am. Lobby doesn't open until 8 am, so waiting until the drive through was the only option. Order taker clearly did not want to be there her tone of voice and attitude was that of someone who is bored and irritated. Placed my order and she rang up twice as many "sausage muffins" as I wanted. She removed one -- so we are good now, right? Pay for the food, and I'm asked if I want a receipt -- don't ask -- just hand me the receipt. Yes -- I want the receipt for business travel / tax use. At the second window, we wait, and we wait, and we wait.... I can see the guy inside bent over near the fry machine -- picking something up off the floor.... It takes him about 5 minutes to get back to the window, where he hands me my bag of food THAT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR THE LAST 5 MINUTES! I get 5 miles down the street, and I realize I didn't get what I ordered! I couldn't believe it! And it's not like I can turn around and go inside to complain, because the lobby doesn't open until 8 am!!! Just terrible service at this McDonald's. Ray Kroc would have fired all of you on the spot! read more

During the pandemic the dining area is closed but you can still go in to order and then there's the popular drive through. When we came in today it wasn't busy at all. We quickly went through the drive thru, paid and got our order. Like any other McDonalds we pulled over to check the order and this time it was amazingly correct. We had some shopping to do but came back to McDonald's to order more food to take home for other people. Again, the order was quick and perfect. 5 stars for this McDonalds, it could show as an example for the other ones to follow! read more

Just went through & DREW was the BEST. Very well oriented when it comes to customers. Best service i've had in a long time!!

Horribly inconsistent. They are usually good for breakfast, but beyond that, it's likely don't care. No wonder the gal threw away the receipt before I could say yes. This was the worst meal I've ever had in my life. The fries were cold, small portioned (yes, that's a medium), and unseasoned. The burger is more onion than anything else. Had to throw everything away and go elsewhere. It's all so sad. You're going to go under when that "new" place goes in next door because this is the last time I cut you any slack, especially after spending $8.50 for your most basic burger and what were once the best fries in town. I can't say Yuk enough!! read more

McDonald's - Quarter Pounder and Medium fries - Fast Food Near Me - Weatherford, Oklahoma

This place can never seem to get anything right between the poor to crapy attitude of the employees most of the time. The outdoor screen and the register don't seem to work right but hey who cares right. Cause they obviously don't. read more

When I was ordering this morning, a rather rude individual was very short over the order screen, and then I heard her swear at me. I had my 9 year old twin daughters in the back. I had to explain what a dumb bi--h was to them. When I get up to the pay window, the woman refused to give me her name, and said I was overreacting. Short, large, blonde hair. 0/5, extremely rude service. read more

This McDonald's is so slow. The lobby is closed and we waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE 100% of the time... I asked to speak to a manager about waiting in the drive thru for 25min. As soon as She came to the window it decided to scream "I have a job application for you!"! Unfortunately this standard is the normal here.... HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT read more

Let me start by saying I like McDonald, but the one in Weatherford Oklahoma has to one of the worst. They pretty much never get the order right. Most of the time they are rude. Not all of the time but most of the time. The wait times are ridiculous. It's kinda like the people that own/run the place don't care if it fails. read more

McDonald's - a burger and an egg sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Weatherford, Oklahoma

This McDonald's sucks. The food is always cold, the sweet tea tastes like unsweetened tea. The workers are so rude, I heard one say " I don't care about the customers " and note she said it to th manager and he agreed. Me and my fiancé are not impressed. We were also talked crap about. Burger was under done and fries were soggy. Don't come here. read more

Worst place ever waited in the drive thru line for around 20 mins along with tons of other people (probably 20 cars) only to find out no one is at the window or the drive thru speaker and all the doors are locked and its 1pm. Horrible Service... Horrible Food.... How on earth can you serve a cold cheeseburguer....

I made a yelp account specifically to review this McDonalds. I'm torn! Every time I've come into this location, it seems like my order is messed up. It usually shakes down with me talking to management and them being super nice and replacing it. On one hand, I wish my order was made right the first time, but you gotta hand it to them, they know how to treat their customers! read more

Dirty. Hamburger patties are gray. Unfriendly staff. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

I sat in the drive thru for quite some time tonight. I gave up and walked in to order and found two managers telling jokes and stories to each other while the building was wrapped around with cars in the drive they and they did zero to help the staff. The girls at the counter were obviously frustrated with management not helping and although the young ladies were nice the management were in the way slowing down the service. This has to be one of the worst ran McDonald's in the country. read more

I like the way they advertise All Day Breakfast but when I arrived at 10:35 am, I couldn't get a big breakfast.(Guess it should be All Day Breakfast sandwiches.) So I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin. The service at this location is the slowest and worst of any McDonald's within 300 miles. The comparison is quite easy because there is a McDonald's at every major exit along every interstate and in large cities, there is a location every mile. Every customer of McDonald's has a wide range of experience to draw from. Here's what you get at this location. You'll see LOTS of employees milling around but NO ONE appears to have a clue why the simplest order can't be prepared quickly. Here's an example: egg mcmuffin order was not prepared after 15 MINUTES. Got lots of time on your hands? Stop here. read more

This mcdonalds has went down hill...been coming here for over a year on a weekly basis and can now say I may never return. Ask for sweet tea and you get some bitter nasty stuff they will claim has sugar in it..staff is rude and place is filthy read more

I cannot stand seeing negative comments when I had such a great experience at a place and this happens to be one of them. Hubby and I went on a road trop and stopped by the drive thru at this McDonalds and ordered a big mac and a mcdouble and small fries which were full in size and about the same amount as I would get here in Tucson with a large order. The food was amazing and was obviously made with love which we DO NOT EVER get here in Tucson at ANY McDonalds. The only thing was after I enjoyed the best Big mac in my life I tried to call and the receipt was unreadable due to ink running out. I decided to wait until I got home to post this review. 5 strong stars and thanks to the one putting our sandwiches together when we were thinking negative thoughts at first. This was on 08/31 at around 10:45 AM. read more

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Stopped through on our way to California from Missouri and hands down the best service from a McDonalds we've had. Hot fresh fries, and generous "extras" on the burger. And damn if they weren't the best biscuits I've had. Not to mention we were in and out very quickly. If ever passing by again, we'll be sure to stop. read more
