You'll pay a bit more here than an average sandwich shop, but the food quality, nice dining room and friendly service make it all worth it. We visited for lunch on Friday and there was a long line but it moved very quickly and we were able to find a seat with no problems. Outside there was a live musician performing and it was mainly covered. Of course we had to try the Vulcan sandwich (they're known for it) and we also tried a baked potato and another sandwich. We were SO impressed! When they came out, they looked like regular sandwiches but surpassed our expectations with the fresh and delicious flavors. TWO slices for about a 6" sandwich!!! Roma tomatoes are not very big around. Maybe a peel of lettuce, torn or chopped. And the bacon... dang, it was pre-cooked packaged bacon. The pic speaks for itself. There's just no pride in what they're serving. I can't even complaint about the price because it's irrelevant. Just a little pride in your food would be great. I just wish I could have given the waitress the money I spent on the sandwich and the eatery what I have the waitress. Needless to say, I'll go to subway or Walmart and build my own next time.
