Went here twice in the last 24 hours because I was at a cattle jackpot with my steer. Service is horrible. Staff is rude and slow. My friend was getting her drink from the fountain and a fly fell out of the drink dispenser. Both trash cans are overflowing. She asked for another drink cup and we waited another 5 minutes on top of the 20 minutes we waited for our food. When I got my burger it was flat, dry, and had one single pickle slice in the middle. Another horrible location. Why can't your workers just say a simple thank you ...? Seems to be just too much. Better yet, you should capitalize on the lack of customer service by inventing the "McAttitude Sandwich". Might get a lot of orders because it would be always fresh. My children are asking me to do this review because their drinks and happy meal toys got forgotten. "I don't know mom, just give it the worst review you can." (The 9 year old) "also the bathroom really really smelled bad." (My husband) "why did they not give us toys or drinks? I think this is an Angry Meal." Do not recommend. The benches & chairs are all falling apart, peeling & extremely dirty. The tables were all dirty, so we cleaned one ourselves. The burgers were dry, I'm guessing they were really old. The fries had no salt & were cold. They give you a table marker for dine in, but they yell out your order number, put them in to go bags and you go grab them yourself, which isn't a big deal but why ask if it's dine in or to go? Drive-thru may have been a better choice. read more

The cashier a young guy thought he was funny. I asked for a fork and he grabs one and says this? I say yes, thank you. This was the first time I have visited a McDonald's with a self ordering kiosk. I did not try using it, but I noticed it took another customer a while to check out on it. It was really slow to place our order, but the food came out quickly. Plenty of tables and even some comfy seating. Tables were mostly clean and the restrooms were not bad. Went to get a soft drink refill (the self serve beverage station was closed) only to be told that "there is a problem with the soft drink machine, I'm sorry." When I got out of the restroom I glanced as I was passing the counter and - to my dismay - the soft drink machine was working! This is called McLying to the customer about the soft drink machine being down when in fact it was working as a drive thru customer was being served when I walked by the counter as I was leaving. This irritates me when I am lied to about items in stock. McDonald's, stop lying to your customers! I know the recent fiasco regarding lying about the shake machines being down when in fact the machines are operational. The same thing can be said about the soft drink machines as well. I don't mean to be strong, but I am (and we customers) are sick and tired of being lied to and being told "sorry" when it comes to availability of menu items such as soft drinks. I stopped in to bring my boys here to eat lunch before leaving out of state. The food was fresh and the cashier, Shari R. who rung us up was very nice and friendly. I've been here in the past when I lived in the area and I don't remember my past experiences mounting up to this experience. Thank you, Shari for and awesome experience. Noisy and crowded with shoddy wifi connection. Otherwise it's all you'd expect from a McDonalds I suppose.

This location is a Hit or miss, Some days you get fresh hot food other days lukewarm to borderline cold. And and FYI they always prioritize the drive thru customers. If you take the time to walk in to dine in, you are totally ignored. After 5 mins or so they say I'll be right with you". Haaa that's a lie! They'll just keep running around shuffling to get the drive- thru orders. Another 5-10 mins will go by then and only then will they actually listen to you order. It Sucks! Either go thru the drive thru-so you can quickly get Cold fries/food or stay away from this location. read more

They are super slow and 90% of the time i go up there between the hours of 12:30-3am, they are closed . My nuggets are cold l, hard, NEVER fresh unless i ask for them fresh! I worked at a McDonald's and we only closed to switch over to breakfast IT ONLY TOOK 20min at the most! Here, they let you sit in the drive thru without saying a word (rude) and will not answer you to let you know they are closed for switch over and how long it will be. This McDonald's is a disaster at its finest. Smh read more

Slow and rude. They overlooked my order and the counter person tried to tell me it was my fault. How exactly would that be?

First time at this location. New ordering kiosk, friendly staff to help, easy ordering and payment. Bathrooms were updated but not very clean. Men's bathroom lacked soap, the door was not equipped to open without touching the handle. There was plenty of parking, however no where to walk, had to make sure drive through cars would not run us over on the way back to my car. So I went to this McDonald's location and decided to go on the left drive-thru and I sit there for at least 10 minutes and nobody answered and nobody talk to me so I went around to the right drive-through so I ordered my food And ask the lady if there was somebody working on the left drive-thru and I told her that I was waiting for 10 minutes and that there's people still waiting and she didn't even say nothing so I pulled to the window and I asked her again and she didn't even look at me, if I could give this location 0 stars I would. read more
