I hate to give one star. Yet I try over and over to give you guys another chance at all hours of the day on different days. The result is always the same. Waited to order in drive-thru for 10 minutes. Another three to get to the food window, where I was told I had to pull around the front and wait "a few" minutes while my Egg McMuffin and Saiags Egg McMuffin were made. I had my teeth done in the morning so had had nothing to eat all day due to the numbness. It was 5:50pm. I pulled around and waited. And waited. And waited. For ten minutes I waited. Just as I was about to get out and go in to see if you had to go catch the chickens for the eggs. The young lady came out with my food. I waited until I got home to eat with my husband. I handed him his Sausage Egg McMuffin. Much to my chagrin, he promptly asked me where was the egg. You messed up again. I will go to the one on Bluff Street from now on. You, due to your lack of proper training, or whatever it is blew it for myself and my family. NO WONDER You (McDonald's) are rated as one of the worst fast food places to go to if you want fast reliable service and quality of food. read more

I'm not even exaggerating when I say I waited 20 minutes in line before I even ordered. I have never been to a McDonald's that has moved this slow. I also ordered a sausage biscuit last week that was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Save your time and do not go here. read more

Just went through the drive-through of this McDonald's and some guy named AJ gave me the wrong order at the window and I didn't realize until after I left. Then came back to get the correct order and not only did AJ not apologize for his mistake, he was also incredibly rude. He was a young kid with a black McDonald sweatshirt and spiky hair and hopefully learns not to be such a jerk. Just want to say if you are anywhere looking like a hispanic. Do not come here. They are all so racist and made is feel as if we were aliens. The employees were just staring us down as if we were less than them. My family and I feel so horrible as US Citizen latinos to be stereotyped because of our color. We stopped at this McDonalds on our way back home and had the worst experience ever with Melinda, the lady who took our order. I have worked in fast food and I'm very understanding of how stressful it can be but she was beyond rude. Thankfully when we got to the window there was someone else working who was much nicer. We will not be going back to this location and I sincerely hope that Melinda gets some training on customer service or a different job. read more

I have gone through this drive-thru MULTIPLE times and EACH and EVERY time my order is either handed to me wrong or not complete! Whenever you try and tell them or have it corrected, they get extremely irritated! Not only is it the employees but the management staff as well. When I told them what I had actually ordered one time, a manager stepped in and told me it would cost extra! I showed them receipts and that I paid for what I ordered and the manager deep sighed, rolled her eyes and quickly replaced my order with what I can only imagine came from off the ground! First of all the foods not even cooked all the way, chicken sandwiches are hard as fucking rubber.

Horrible service. I wanted to take away a drink from my meal and the man got super aggressive. The restrooms are very dirty as well.

Dirtiest Mc Donalds I've ever been in. Filthy windows and floors when I went there. The gal behind the counter produced an order for some guy, who left to sit down. I was next. She proceeded to plant her feet about 3' from her counter, put her hands ahead of her on the counter with stiff arms, ducked her head and stared at the floor. I gave her a few seconds to stretch, but when she didn't come back up, I thought maybe she died in that position. I was scared. I left, and went to Jack-in-the-Box in the same parking lot. I don't really have anything good to say abiut this location. We hardly ever eat at McDonald's. We came here today with our daughter and we were reminded at every angle why we never come here. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Every table was filthy. The area where you get your drinks was disgusting. There were 5-8 people at least working yet non of them had the grand idea to clean anything up. They were more focused on looking to see what movies were in the red box machine. When our food came out my checked sandwich was right on partying with the rest of the restaurant. Black edged lettuce that was withered and nasty. All the food looked like week or more old microwaved nastiness. Absolutely avoid this location. I will never be coming back here. read more

Beautiful new restaurant in front of Home Depot close to the freeway. This McDonald's has a redbox and a new play land thats great for the kids and very clean. This restaurant is always very clean and the people are friendly. The new healthy choices are a great option or I still love the classics like the Big Mac read more

BAD VIBES. Let me tell you a few things about this place. The moment I stepped into this facility I was struck with bad vibes. Multiple patrons had a distressed look as they waited for their food. They looked like victims of the Great Depression in a thriving economy. Ignoring my gut feeling I ordered an artisan grilled chicken sandwich. As I waited the tension grew within me. At this moment I realized I had become victim to the Great Depression. 15 minutes later I made my way up to the counter and asked for my money to be returned. Rude employees who argued in front of guests, messy inside, order was completely wrong (when you order a 2 cheeseburger meal and ask for no onions, that means BOTH burgers, and we were missing pickles on 1 of them), cold fries, took over 30min to get food, and bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!! My girlfriend I always come here when we have the late night munchies. To start the drive thru is always slow! I cannot believe how slow it gets at night. Then to make things worse probably half of the time my order is messed up. I don't know who they have working at nights but it's always terrible. Sometimes McDonald's is just another place to eat a quick meal, but the NEW build-a-burger is anything but ordinary. It takes a minute to figure out the order station, but once you get that its a breeze to order the burger of your dreams. Add guacamole or grilled onions, Sriracha sauce or sweet BBQ, jalapenos or tortilla strips, the combinations are endless. And it comes served open face in a basket just like Red Robin. I'm tired of your drive thru machines saying "order when ready" and then still having to wait for a voice 2 minutes later. EVERY TIME we go to through the drive thru at this mcdonnalds we end up having to go back inside because they either forgot part of our order, messed it up, flat drinks or stale/over salted fries. Quite possibly the worst McDonalds experience. Went to drive thru. Had to wait in pick up area. Gave us someone else's order so I went inside to switch it. The worker was walking out with our food so I told him we got wrong order and he had our food. Looked at me like I was crazy. Finally convinced him by telling him our order. They were out of ketchup! Seriously, what place runs out of ketchup? Workers were running around and it was chaos. Stopped at this McDonalds last night. The place was filthy! Every table was dirty, every garbage can was full and the walls and counters were also dirty with the condiment area covered with dried up ketchup and mustard. Ordered two meals. One came out at a decent time but after 20 minutes or so we still had not received the meal. They made some excuse about why but after noticing how dirty the place was I told them to keep it and left. NEVER eat at this place until they get new management. McDonald's badly needs to install a third window in their drive-thru to return wrong food given to you in the second window. This chain is going downhill fast. They are VERY SNEAKY with their pricing. If you buy a basic Sausage McMuffin, it's $1. But want a Sausage Egg McMuffin? That SINGLE EGG will cost you $2.29 as the Sausage McMuffin is $3.29. Want to get around that? Order the $1 Sausage McMuffin and an egg on the side, which will save you about $1 just on that one item. They use fake eggs in their breakfast burritos; if you want a REAL EGG, it costs you an arm and a leg - $2.29. Assuming McDonald's is paying less than $1 per dozen eggs, an egg costs them less than 10 cents. Yet still they have to make over a 2000% profit. The ONLY decent deals there are the $1 any-size drink and a couple of items on the value menu. Otherwise it's a rip off. read more

The evening shift was horrible. They totally forgot our order, we waited 20 mins. order was supposed to be inside, we then decided just to take it to go. The service was a JOKE! Except for a man that was just leaving his shift, he stopped to help. Although, the place has a nice decor, the STAFF needs a lot more training & work on customer service skills, instead of talking about partying after work. NEVER will go back to this location. NEVER FAILS...always always horrible service!!! We always try and hope for the best because the nearest from this is quite a ways especially if you're not in the mood to drive towards St. George boulevard! I've only been inside a couple times and they suck!! The staff is absolutely immature and obnoxious! They are rude at times and we've gone off on a few of them because they just do not think before they open their mouth! So after my last visit...I will NO LONGER be stopping by this sad establishment. I will go to Sonic or any of the other surrounding restaurants. If you're the owner of this location please please do something about your staff...do a surprise drive thru visit or something!
