Made us wait for our order for 10 minutes and when the guy came up to our window, he goes, "did you order hazel night coffee?" and when we asked what was order, he goes, "did you order it or not?" Went through the drive through at about 11:30 pm to get a sundae with caramel and hot fudge. The guy making my sundae excitedly asked "do you trust me?" I said...well I don't know you but okay...he handed me my sundae and I drove away..inside my sundae was not only caramel and fudge but he also added Oreo... Nice touch if I wanted Oreo...but always let your customers know what they are getting if they didn't order it. We were traveling through and stopped to bathroom break and grab something to eat. The bathroom sink was gross. The tables weren't wiped off even though it was barely 11:00 in the morning. Although there is a play place there was no baby changer in the bathroom. After struggling to change the diaper there was no garbage can in the rest room so we had to take it into the dining area to throw it away! read more

this location was very quick for a sunday morning. our egg mcmuffin, sausage egg mcmuffin, and hash browns were good! however, the oatmeal was inedible. the milk was just barely warm (for sure in the temperature danger zone) so i decided not to eat it. even 30 minutes later the milk had not absorbed into the oats, it was watery and soupy. usually mcdonald's oatmeal is so good, but we were very disappointed this morning by it. read more

I keep giving this place a try. The play area is top notch. The ordering by yourself is cool. But food is always cold/stale. Order is always messed up. Soda machine out of 11+ different options. Staff almost never is smiling or have sense of urgency. I'm a restaurant manager 2 minutes away and often come in the morning through the drive through and they take foooorever to make an ice coffee. When I'm with my kids I go inside which often results in a bad experience also. Hurricane one tops this one 10-1 almost always. read more

Went to this location today to grab some breakfast. Utah has relaxed the guidelines that allow restaurants to seat patrons as long as they follow the social separation rules. So I figured it would be nice to sit down and enjoy a meal. First, yes you can order in the restaurant now. Second, they had the entire seating area blocked off EXCEPT for one seat and that seat was occupied by an employee. Ended up taking my order and sitting in the car. Just like I went through the drive through. Why would they allow anyone to order inside if they were not going to allow you to sit down? And why the hell only have one seat that was occupied by an employee. Gee McDonalds, get your act together. read more

This store is serving under cooked food. Me and my wife ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and both patties were hot pink throughout the entire hamburger. I don't really expect a lot from this location based off of the reviews and from personal experience of coming in here a few times. I will update this if we get sick from the food. read more

Rude!!! Took my money. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and ordered TWO oatmeals with my order. They asked me to pull around and wait, as they were busy. Finally the girl comes out (brunette ponytail and extremely mouthy and rude) We asked if those were our TWO oatmeals, which our receipt stated. We already had the receipt with the rest of our food. She said, "Nope, you only paid for ONE. Your receipt says ONE oatmeal. You better come inside and pay if you want TWO." She obviously LIED and didn't want to run and get the second one, as they were busy. She ran inside with no assistance or help for our order. We were now late for work and could not come in to show them our receipt for two. I have provided my receipt with this review, so McDonald's can see I PAID for TWO oatmeals. Clearly so rude and unprofessional. Two decades ago, I worked for Steve Heaton and Chris Key who ran and owned ALL the local McDonalds in St. George area. We were trained with the highest professionalism and NO FOUL MOUTHED language was allowed. The new owner/operators need to realize there is an abusive and argumentative brunette at that location who basically stole our money and lied. We called the store a few minutes later. She knew it was me, as I asked for the manager and she hung up on me. I know the morning rush can be very busy and stressful, but give me a break. If she is having a bad morning and stressed out, just say so, be more polite, give us our order we paid for and make your day better that you satisfied a customer. Business 101. The place is disgustingly dirty, and I don't think anyone in here has ever got any training. I placed an order for a coffee; just just a simple coffee to go and I watched as my number sat in cue for OVER 10 minutes. No lie, I got fed up after waiting a couple minutes (this is a FAST food place after all) and then checked my watch. This is the worst customer service place ever. I had better expectation from a place like this in st george. Mc Donald please do something about this place. Got in the morning 12 burger 2 mc griddles without meat and 10 egg mcmaffin regular 2 large coffees and 2 orange juices. My coffee 12 creamers and 12 sugar. When I hot my order I only got 4 egg mc maffin and 2 coffees and 2 orange juices with one creamer and one sugar. Half way to my destination found out that I was missing stuff so I blame myself for not checking. Didnt make a big deal. Go back and go threw the drive thru politely let them know that I was missing stuff. When O got to the second window the guy there hands me a bag of some stuff that I was missing and doesn't say a single thing. I ask is this all? And doesn't say nothing. Ok before leaving I check my order once again and notice I was missing creamer and sugars. I ask for them and he brings back 3 sugars and one creamer and by that time I get irritated and tell him I clearly ask for more then that and ask where is my creamer (It was not in the bags). Finally get there counted the burger and the rest of the stuff. Got to my destination and my two mc griddles were not edible for me and my son because it was made out of meat.
