The Driver told me that the store was closed for the night at 10:30 PM despite it being 24 hours, which is a load of nonsense. i would rate this place a lower star if i could, but that's how it is on here. We pulled in bright and early in the morning after a night's rest with a long trip up the state of Utah ahead of us. Placed a mobile order and grabbed a curbside pickup spot. Didn't have to wait very long before hearing a gentle rap on the back window and looking up to see a smiling face with a giant bag of breakfast at mine. Really like how one large bag held our food - two breakfast burrito combos with hash browns - and our drinks - a large Powerade and a large coffee. In and out and back onto the freeway with ease, we will definitely be back to this McD's the next time we're in the St. George area. read more

I ordered a filet o fish, fries and a Sprite soda, Dad ordered a Big Mac, fries and a Dr.Pepper All the food was made and served hot. The bathroom was also clean and nice and the urinal was not broken. When we were leaving, I ordered a small Oreo McFlurry and it was fire! When you stoop to eating it cuz you're on a long road trip to Zion, you count on it because you're exhausted and don't have time to think about how their food never decomposes and your happy meal from 1986 is still somewhere in your GI tract. We spent $28 and had cold dry nuggets, cold fries that were under a lamp, and about seven employees with dirty untucked shirts, tramping fries in their kitchen and coughing. It was disgusting. I try not to give bad reviews over one little thing that goes wrong. I feel that is very unfair and misleading, and it seems like that is what is happening with all these reviews on here. Guys, it's McDonalds. It's a fast food joint. You aren't going to a 5 star restaurant for crying out loud. Every time I have gone here my experience has been great! I order with the drive-thru, which as long as the line is, moves pretty dang fast. The food is always nice and warm, and doesn't taste old or like it has been sitting all day. They also have never gotten my order wrong and always make me feel welcome! I have yet to be disappointed coming here! read more

Ok I know it's not high on the foodie list. I like their breakfast. Drive up is very efficient at this location. Always a huge line but they move it really fast. So if it's speed you want this is the place. It's actually fast. They do a good job on keeping orders straight also. When rating this against other McDonalds it gets 5 stars. read more

For owner: this is critical; for what it's worth: is profitability so bad that the paper towel machine that fell off the wall is sitting on the sink for patrons to use - can't fix it? So bad that urinals are not fixed? There was a spill on the floor, one patron notified a Down's syndrome employee and the employee just threw his arms up in the air (like, not my job, don't care). We ordered a slice of cheese with our big breakfasts (3 meals). Someone thought on top of the pancakes would be a good place to put the cheese. This McDonald's is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. At the time of this review, the overall rating is 2 stars for this business (but with only 10 reviews). I am pretty surprised to see this McDonald's with such a low rating. My husband and I stopped by here on our way to Las Vegas from Salt Lake City yesterday afternoon around 1 pm. The place was not crowded. The restaurant itself is a little smaller than other McDonald's but very clean, even in the ladies' restroom. They even had a paper towel dispenser to dry your hands with, which is very rare for a McDonald's restroom. Anyways, I was surprised to see this kiosk machine by the register where you can actually order your food from instead of waiting in line to make your order. My husband decided to give it a try and ordered a few food items. Using this system, you are able to make adjustments before you pay for your item (credit card/ debit card only). Then a receipt is printed out. It is actually a good thing my husband ordered our food items using this new kiosk machine because the employees at the register seemed to be having some problems with their register system. They had told other customers at the counter that their system keeps going down. Anyways, in the end, we were in and out of this McDonald's pretty quickly. This area seems like a nice place and wouldn't mind for a future rest stop (or pee break) in the future. read more

The employees are amazing!! When I worked at McDonalds years ago, they had timers when cooking. They were programmed to ensure the food was cooked. But today? Evidently not. I got a Quarter Pounder Deluxe but the hamburger patty wasn't cooked through. Raw in middle and inedible. I think this place would get more stars if they just followed the safe food policies. Just ordered a couple of drinks - iced coffee and a a vanilla coffee and a McFlurry alng with a double quarter pounder and two large fries. The drinks came about 20% below the rims, look at their menu pics and they are all overflowing the cups. Plus the fries were soggy and missing at least 20% - they topped out about halve way between the M and the top rim on the front of the container. Not what I would call a quality eatery, shameful!
