I love McDonald's so much! Your service just isn't the best but it's okay you rock!!!!!!!!

Aesthetically this is a nice looking McDonald's. We stop a couple times a month and they are never able to get an order correct. Heaven forbid if you order a special order. My son likes only ketchup on his cheeseburger. We got the burger with the grill slip attached and with all of the condiments. McDonald's food is not that great anyway, screwing up the order makes it considerably worse. If the employees paid attention to what they were doing, it might actually be acceptable. read more

Just so everyone knows bald hill road has a water main break and my jobs closed because you can't keep a store open without running water. (Washing hands etc.) but McDonald's on bald hill however is planning to stay open and washing their hands in a sink of water they saved for everyone to use... just FYI this is whoever answered the phone today between 5-630pm told me. No running water and keeping a store open is a health code violation. Just so you know your feeding your children nasty food on in sanitized surfaces. Just know they arnt washing dishes, flushing toilets, washing hands, sanitizing any work space or utensils. Everyone will get sick. They told me they were planning on staying open even with the water main break. The manager on duty and franchisee made the decision to stay open and found making money more important then closing. And they can't say they were in the process of it, the water main break happened at 5pm. My store was closed by 630 and I left at 7-715 and they were still serving people. Very mad about this. Makes me wonder how well they enforce normal health codes on a daily basis. Will never eat there again or have my family there. Very disappointed!! read more

I pulled up to the drive threw the lady was very rude first thing. All she said was only breakfast right now thats it. Mind you the lunch/ dinner menu was still up so we didnt know what the breakfast menu contained because we dont typically go for brealfast. I just Bought a McGriddle bit into it and got a mouth full of some metallic tasting substance i spit it out and couldnt figure out what it was for the life of me but it was VERY clearly NOT anything that belongs on a McGriddle. On top of that my hash brown tasted like old nasty grease and it was very obvious it had been sitting for a while. this old dude that works at night is mad rude. he makes you wait 45 mins in line then when you get to the speaker tells you cash only after waiting 45 mins. mind you it's every time you go to this place. when we got to the window we had a coupon and he tells us we can't use it and gives us attitude then proceedes to talk sh*t about us with the window open to the manager and complains about what i'm saying. didn't say sorry or even have a nice day. then he forget to give us something we payed for so we go back around and he purposely didn't acknowledge us for 5 mins then gave an attitude about why we were back. He hands us the food all aggressive and doesn't say sorry or have a nice day. again. i mean i get you're busy and all. but i mean it's fast food. maybe if you can't handle working fast food don't work night shift when your almost 80 years old. read more

Very disappointed with this McDonald's. Don't bother coming after 1 a.m. because they definitely nuke the food. My nuggets were hard as rocks, very dark in color and had the consistency of being nuked. The Mcdouble patties were very burnt. I ordered 3 mcdoubles and all patties were very very black and dry. I am currently a student at the CCRI Warwick campus. Whenever I need a quick bite to eat, McDonald's seems to get the job done. I've visited this location a total of 4 times and each visit resulted in a screw up with my order. I typically visit McDonald's in the late morning/early afternoon and it isn't too busy around this time. Meaning, the staff isn't feeling rushed or pressured from many orders. So, why has my order been constantly messed up? Who knows. I even stopped going through the drive through and started dining in. My thoughts behind that were, maybe I'd get better service and less mistakes made with my order. However, that didn't change one thing. Though, the staff is friendly and always smiling. They do need to improve on efficiently completing their guests orders. The continuous mistakes have caused me to no longer want to visit this location, which I'm not too happy about because it's very close to my school and it looks great inside. Until they improve their service, I will no longer be eating there. read more

Used to come here on my lunch break around 230 since i'm 3rd shift but now i need cash before i go. sometimes they take cash sometimes they don't. At least advertise cash only before someone pulls in. p.s. i heard from a co worker who knows a worker at that location that a certain manager does that so they have less customers read more

it's about 1:00am on a wednesday night and i just want to say the guy working the window (older guy, didn't catch his name) is so kind. usually if you go to a fast food restaurant this late at night you get attitude and you get treated badly, but this guy asked us how we were when we got to the window to pay, and he was even nice over the intercom before that. just had to write a review because that made my night. read more

This McD's has an indoor playground which is great for the kids. The playground area is pretty clean and my kids enjoy having lunch and playing. Great for rainy days. I'm a fan! read more

Wow, it never ceases to amaze me the lack of customer service at this establishment. Went through the drive thru (it's 20° and very windy), was told to park while my tenders were cooking. Lady comes out a few minutes later and tells me they're out, so i get nuggets instead, which are $2 less expensive. No biggie. Well then she proceeds to tell me i have to come inside to get them. I'm thinking, ok i went through the drive thru for a reason??? Because i didn't wanna get out in the cold. But i go inside, thinking maybe they will compensate for the inconvenience and the price difference. Nope. They didn't even apologize, manager is 5 ft away from me and doesn't even look my way. Every single time I go to this McDonald's they get something wrong and Of course I find out when I get home and it's too late. They are not capable of listening to the order and creating the correct order. My daughter literally got 6 French fries in her happy meal when she ordered the 6 piece McNugget meal.thus should have come with size small and While ordering i confirmed that it would be size small and then if course It was the junior size, Plus she got 6 fries, yes 6 FRIES in the junior size. Plus no ketchup and i specifically said i need lots of ketchup. Last time I went I ordered two completely plain hamburgers and one was plain and one was not. And therefore one burger was a complete waste bec my son can't eat onions. I mean, the next time I go, I think I am going to make them take everything out of the bags and hand each thing piece by piece to me while I inspect it. They never have enough staff on so the lines are alway obnoxiously long. Fast food done sloooooooowwwwwwwwww. I was in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes after ordering and barely moved. I ended up bailing and taking off so I wouldn't be late for work. The place is always a mess. extremely dissatisfied with my service here. My whole entire order was wrong and I usually don't complain about this kind of stuff but the receipt was correct and they ensured me that it was correct before driving off. i waited in line for 20+ minutes as it was so i decided to believe them and went home. upon returning home I realize the order was actually completely inaccurate. i came back and the girl at the window gave me a huge attitude about my incorrect order like she was the one being inconvenienced. on top of that she proceeded to dump the fries i brought back out and called the manager over saying i brought an empty box back so i couldn't get new fries. she needs to get a new job because no one wants to deal with ignorant immature girls like that when i'm a paying customer just trying to get what i paid for. how these people think they deserve 15 an hour working at a drive-through is beyond me read more

I took my niece here to eat and to play in the play area and the play area was disgustingly FILTHY, both inside the tubes and slides and outside on the floor was loaded with dust.
