It's a 24 hour McDonalds according to the sign, with a pickup window in front of the store for delivery drivers after hours. Upon walking in, there was a strong odor that yo me smelled like the oil they use to fry foods with, that maybe in some other locations you can pick up on it, but this was strong enough that if I were ordering food & not just a coffee, I wouldn't have been able to eat it there. It was morning so breakfast was available, but I only ordered a coffee. It seemed like the staff was all young, college age, and they had the work ethic to go along with it. Quite a few delivery drivers were waiting for their orders, I saw a few people come and go with big orders as I was waiting for just a coffee for 10 minutes. I even saw one customer notice their order number on a bag sitting in the back that he actually had to point it out to the staff to give him so it wouldn't keep sitting there. read more

loving going to this location they listen and always get my orders right and the people that work there are the nicest.

Wow. Just waited a half hour for my burger just for the worker to cancel my order. Really takes the whole point out of "fast" food. Could've cooked myself my own fish filet by the time he came out to say he's not making my order. read more

These people must hate their jobs!!!!! The drive through people were rude, arrogant, and shut the window on me in the middle of me asking for more sauce. My fries were half empty and my drink was not full I've been going to this McDonald's my whole life and it's only gone down hill. read more

Don't come here past 8pm you will be waiting for food for no less than 15 minutes , they'll have a person who's waiting for a $40 sit at the window and wait for their order while you have 2 fries , instead of pulling them up into one of the carry out spots, It's a very clear difference of staffing between the morning and night time shift , half of them stand in the store doing nothing while people are waiting atleast 20 minutes for "drive thru" food read more

I'm not a fast food junkie, BUT, I like my McDonald's coffee and Apple pie any time of day. It calls my name whenever I pass by, LOL. And you can't beat the .99 cent daily coffee, the mobile app, and the very quick curbside service. PS - Mask It or Casket! It's that simple, maybe not you but someone you care about can be afflicted. read more

Eh. Foods good, but the guy taking my order last night (around 10:30 PM, 2-20-24) was pretty rude. He wasn't welcoming and seemed very miserable. Impatient as well as he contiuously repeated "what else" in a monotone voice.. you could tell he sort of had an attitude. They forgot something I ordered as well.. the girl at the window where we pay though was very sweet! Her energy was so kind and welcoming so kudos to her. read more

Scamming McDonald's. Told me to place an online order at the window and then refuse to give us the food bc "not in a car". 18 year old boy working is completely rude and acts like it's our fault he's working at a McDonald's at night. read more

Was in a jam had to use this McDonald's again with the previous bad outcomes I decided to double ck everything before I left. Order was complete, so I thought... Got home and both burgers didn't have meat on them just 2 buns with cheese. This has to be the worst McDonald's in nys if not the country read more

No one comes here for amazing food. It's a bad decision. But sometimes it happens. Two months when I made a bad decision they forgot a burger, 20 minutes ago they forgot all the sweet and sour sauce - can't read a receipt? They charge $1.79 plus tax for tap water when you order food there. Go elsewhere.

McDonald's isn't something I eat too often anymore. I do find myself eating it maybe 3-4 times a year but this day I heard they have a new chicken sandwich and people are saying it's pretty good. To my surprise it actually was pretty decent the chicken was quite soft when you bit into it and tasted good for McDonald's standards. In my opinion it wasn't as tasty as the Popeyes chicken sandwich but evenso I wouldn't mind having another go at it every once in a while. Service was good also I was in and out in no time. read more

I don't appreciate when there are multiple kids talking and not assisting drivers that deliver we don't get paid to sit and wait for someone to acknowledge another person standing and waiting in the front till someone decides to help it's very disrespectful and they need to understand why other people will get upset when no one wants to help them I greatly appreciate it if you'd change that in this store and maybe you wouldn't get a 2.5 rating. read more

This is ridiculous. I order online and i'm walking from my house and can't pick it up at the window or drive through. Magenta is the worst manager and can't accommodate for anything. I submit my order and can't pick it up at the window or at the drive through because I don't have a car. Don't go to this mcdonald's and support them. Rude staff and not accommodating. I never write a bad review but it's ridiculous that they can't walk 2 feet and give our order at the pickup window instead of the drive through. Run your business better. You fucking suck. It's mcdonald's not a 5 star restaurant read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered a happy meal and nuggets, and when I arrived home. My daughter had no toy, and the fried were terrible. By the time I go back, it will be closed. And no one answers the phone. This is the third problem I've had with the service. A shame. This is our local McDonald's.. They are usually on point. Ugh, my baby is sad. Momma bear has had it. read more

What a terrible location. Not only did we have to repeat our order several times just to be met with "uhhh" and then nothing. And this happened a couple times. We get our food and it's a mess in the bag and our chicken sandwiches were burnt and there was nothing else on them but the burnt chicken patty. No pickles, nothing. And service like this always happens at this location, I don't get it. Just take the drive and go to a different location because this isn't it. read more

This is one of the busiest McDonalds on Long Island. They renovated and added a drive thru a couple years back and the line around the store has still not let up! The service is pretty good although the line can often be out to Wantagh Avenue. I have been coming to this locations for over 10 years. It used to be amazing. Now not so much. Clean but the employees give you the level of service they are paid to give. Meaning the bare minimum. Never any eye contact. Always borderline disrespectful. Coffee order is never right. Drive through is the best option so you don't have to deal with them. read more

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. This place has service that would put most restaurants (not just fast food places) to shame. I have visited this location many times as it is nearby my office and I recently downloaded the app which has incredible deals. Every time I have eaten here, most recently being yesterday, the service is organized and friendly. The staff work together to get drive-thru and in-house orders done accurately and quickly. For example, when I go to pick up my online order, they confirm that my sandwich was done correctly, even when I go against the grain and make something different (think the pico guac grilled chicken sandwich/burger but without the pico, but with pickles). They always repeat your order back to you and confirm it before handing it to you to make sure there is no miscommunication. Another example: yesterday, after getting my chicken sandwich from my mobile order quickly, I waited on line to order fries and a Snoopy toy as I could not do that via the mobile app. My second order came seconds after I ordered, as another worker was getting the order together as I was paying. I honestly wish more restaurants were as thoughtful and efficient as this McDonalds. I was originally rating the place 4 stars because, well, it is McDonalds and so even though it is good fast food and amazing service, it is not fine dining by any means. But I need to give credit where it is due, and the people who work here deserve all the credit in the world. Many a bad day have at been brightened up by the friendly and quick service, and I look forward to each time I return. read more

Worst McDonald's in America. The food sucks, fries are always soggy. Their service is horrendous, always ask you to pull up to the front of the drive thru because the food is not ready blocking all other cars from getting out. They are nasty workers, especially when I tell them that I am just going to wait at the window. I was called a "dickhead" for waiting for my food. Go be pissed off at someone else for making minimum wage. read more

This is a very very very busy McDonalds with a busy drive thru. The staff here is INCREDIBLY polite and friendly! I mean unusually nice ! How did that happen ? The interior is clean and I like the "living room" lamps suspended from the ceiling . However one funny / weird point to the dining room: If you choose to sit on the right side of the dining room next to the window; ALL the drive through customers will be face to face with you thru the glass while they are waiting to order. Literally 18 inches from your face. It's pretty funny (or depending on your sense of humor - ANNOYING! ). I would so take the opportunity to do something funny like wear a monster mask while eating my dinner or something goofy at least. But that's me. I'm a clown. Anyway- nice people work here and on Long Island - that's something you don't get all the time. read more

I came to the drive through and started to order and I was rudely spoken to by a young boy who seemed to hate everything about his being there and when I asked a question ab my order he turned the mic off and the screen went back to the images that appear when No one is ordering i said hello helll hello (not in any way rude). When we pulled up to the window he handed my boy friend the drink w out saying a word than looked at us as if he was waiting for us to do something (keep in mind that he never told us the final price bc he shut off the mic and screen) then he SO nastily said the price and slammed the window shut gave us the food w out a word and slammed the window shut. The drive thru here is ridiculous. At odd times of the day, even three in the afternoon the line is so long and moves so slow that cars are sticking out into the road, blocking regular traffic. Don't bother coming to the drive thru here if you're hungry because you will be starving by the time you get your food. The best part is there are so many cars on the drive thru line blocking your ability to access the parking lot that you can't even drive around to sit in the parking lot and eat your food. Only bother coming here if you have enough time to go inside and order (although you will still have a hard time to park in order to do so because the drive thru line blocks cars from being able to get to the parking lot. I recommend Plainview mcdonald's. It's much easier to access. read more

Tables were dirty. Service a bit slow. Like all McDonald's lately the menu is limited. You can only get ketchup packets which for a person like me who loves ketchup is a pain. No salads since pandemic . I don't know why every other fast food restaurant has salads. All in all McDonald's has gone down hill the menu is poor the price is high you can do much better at almost all other fast food places. What a genuine disappointment of what it looks like to have the wrong people working in a franchise. The staff was so rude during a time of crisis, and I get with this whole thing with Covid 19 but there are stressed people but I don't feel there's an excuse for how bad this got. They start with yelling at me through the drive-through window that the dining area is closed. Make sense and appreciated, I make my order go around, orders paid whatever, Then they say the order is ready, just packing it up. OK cool, they say to go around again and I am confused, didn't you say the order is ready? Yeah go around again, but if it's ready shouldn't I just take it and-- GO AROUND AGAIN!! I go around again, ask me if I want to make an order again I say I just made one and it was ready can I have it and go, go around to the window and manager hands me my food. "Hey man, I know you are hungry but there is no need to be rude..." are you serious???
