I assume that it was every worker's first day here. Everyone seemed to be playing around in the back, a worker had to be told by the manager to address the register at least five times. Had to order on the digital machine, even though a worker had to ring up the payment, and they needed two workers to do that, and they couldn't even do that correctly. They charged someone'a credit card twice when she wasn't paying attention. They told you they had Coca-Cola, and then didn't even had a Coke fountain labeled, and there was no coke. Said there was no Sprite, yet there was Sprite, and it tasted like coyote urine. When using the drink fountain, each drink strongly sprayed out sideways. There was also water all over the floor behind the counter for whatever reason. They didn't have large drink lids, even though they sell large drinks. The attached gas station bathrooms were not in good hygiene, which is a generous understatement. You had to play "the floor is lava" but with urine to walk in there. Every gas pump said it would eat your card, and you had to pay in the disgusting store, just for the gas station across the street to be unavailable due to a staffing shortage, it appears as if practically no one works in this town, and those who do, don't know what on earth they are doing. It's incredible that the health inspector hasn't shut this place down yet. Avoid at all costs. read more

Typical McDonald's food. Not great service. They accidentally cleared our order off their screen and never gave it to us. Took about fifteen minutes to get our order. They gave us some free Apple pies though. The dining area had several flies buzzing around, which added to the ambiance that was created by the attached gas station. read more

Worst McDonald's and staff ever. Manager accused me of stealing the two fries missing from my order. Sweet tea in unsweetened canister. Used the kiosk then had to re-order everything at the counter and then they had no change. Avoid this place. read more

Every single thing we order was wrong egg McMuffin uneditable I'm dibetic both teas we're sweet the sausage biscuit was supposed to be egg cheese bacon bisket. We gave the out order was told to them 6 times at window. Last time we went me thing worse ever experienced. If they can't get your order right in 6 trys and you still walk off with the wrong order shame on you. There was no line or crowd either. This McDonald's is probably the worst I have ever experienced. The service is very slow, whether you try to go through the drive-thru for convenience or into the McDonald's itself. My recommendation is that you check your food order prior to leaving. While we usually do so, I don't have the habit of opening up my sandwich to make sure that the ingredients are all there. We ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra onions and a round egg. The cheese was missing from the sandwich - twice that has happened. The last time we traveled and stopped at this McDonald's, it took us 25 minutes to get our order from inside the restaurant. I was hoping that the drive thru would be better, since there was only one car ahead of us in line. However, that proved to not be the case. If I could give this location 0 Stars, I certainly would. The fries were hot and that is the ONLY reason this McDonalds deserves a single star! One person running the register and about 10 people standing around in the back. They served two customers that came in after us before we got our food. When I asked they just stared blankly at me like I was speaking a foreign language so I repeated my question and finally they said they were waiting on nuggets! I get to the table with our food and I'm 1 ten piece nugget short!!! I go back up front and tell them and apparently there aren't any cooked!!! Worst place to stop. I understand Christmas and no one us open but service could be better, food could be right, product should be available. Out of salt, toys, buns, cups for the shakes (got a small coffee cup instead of a medium). Our mcchicken should of had 2 extra mayo add extra pickle, 1 extra mayo, extra pickle no lettace.....my husband couldn't eat his after waiting 20minutes because he is allergic to lettace....so upset he just wanted to get back on the road. So he didn't eat. He also got a mcdouble he then opened it and it is stone cold! If we are waiting 15minutes to order, then 20 to 25 minutes yo receive our food it should be hot. read more

Truly one of the worst McDonald's in the world. Went through the drive thru with no line and then they made us wait 15 minutes for our order by the door, which they forgot about. So then I went inside in which they threw the food at me, which was all incorrect anyways. Poorly run establishment. read more

This place is terrible. I ordered one thing and it took 20 minutes to hand me my order through the drive through window. Additionally, my order was messed up because the staff was busy with their baby daddies behind the counters. With my family and I traveling out of state to visit family, we stopped by this location around noon to get a quick bite. Went through the drive thru, and the person getting our order was very rude and made us feel like a nuisance. We went to the pay window, he didn't say a single word. With my dad talking to us in the driver's seat he was a little distracted, not seeing the guy at the window repeatedly pointing his finger to the pick up window, and he was glaring at my dad. Girl at the pick up window handed us our food without saying anything, no napkins or anything. It was a very awkward experience and we did not feel welcome, not even in the drive thru. I understand no one really wants to be working during quarantine, but these kids could at least pretend to put on a face for the customers. I would try to avoid this place and stop at another exit for another McDonald's with better customer service. read more

I only gave it one star as it is the least you can give it, however it actually deserves negative one. Late evening doors were locked so only drive through open 1 of 6 cars in line two had cars turned off and two more drove away including me so can not rate food. Word of advanced advise keep far away from any McDonald's off the interstate along 95 all way through south Carolina especially this particular one ..service is awful .food is severely bad ..I found little small curly black hairs on edge of the mc double burger .was immediately sick..trash over flowing ..shirt tales out ..the guys shirts are 4 times to big..dread locks down to the guy employees knees..one of the guy employees passed me in line .smelled of pott...bath room is just the most unsanitary one I've ever been In..the female cashier was yelling at the other ..while the manager seemed to be afraid of them all.whole crew is African american ...but theres nothing no one can do about that....gas is over charged ..mc double was thrown in trash read more

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The coffee I purchased was warm at best, the cashier was snotty and rolled her eyes when I asked for sugar. This is the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to!!! I don't rate businesses often, let alone fast food restaurants, but I stopped here after a long day of business travel. Around 1:15am, I came to the order board and say waiting for about 5 minutes. Even backed up and pulled up a few times hoping it would set the little alarm off inside so someone would come take my order. Nothing. So I drove around to see if there was anyone at the windows. There was no one at either window, so I thought that maybe I was incorrect in assuming this was a 24 hour McDonald's. As I drove up a little further, I saw the posted hours that the drive through was, in fact, 24 hours, so I drove back around to the order menu. I sat for another good 2 minutes before driving back around to the first window and knocking. I watched a woman walk by, but NOT towards me, so I knew there was someone working. I drove around to the order menu a THIRD time and another car was at the order menu placing their order. They finished and drove around and I pulled up... and waited ANOTHER few minutes before the lady finally came onto the speaker to take my order. After not having two of the items I asked for, I completed my order and drove around to pay and get my food. The car that ordered ahead of me was still waiting at the window. It was at least another 10 minutes before the car ahead of my received their food, drove away, and I was served. The lady arguing with her coworker as she was handing my food out the window was the icing on the cake. Thank goodness I don't live anywhere near here. I would NEVER return to this location. Every employee on shift this morning should be fired. And the managers/owners of this particular location should review in-store footage of how these employees conduct themselves while "working."
