Mind you I was never rude not once even with my annoyance and them knowing it was their fault and not apologizing either, because I know it's not their fault my car doesn't have AC, but I would've loved some sense of urgency, especially being close to 15 minutes in the sun at this point. After a few more minutes, she gave me my card and receipt. I looked at her confused , where's my sandwich? She says they were barely making it.
